“The time from placing my order until the cover arrived was very good. I believe the cover was not cut to the corrrct length so will have to return. We don’t think the (table) cover will wear very well, so will not need a replacement. Not at home now but will need return instructions. Thank you.”

“My parents taught me to protect the top of my wood furniture, and the standard WAS glass. Glass is heavy and slippery, and fragile! But beautiful. Then, there was a period where plexiglass was THE THING, but it didn't grow old gracefully. Searching the web for a new piece of furniture to cover, I found Exactmats, and decided to open my mind. Glad I DID! The order went smoothly, the clear mat came rolled, and a night of placing it on my console with heavy books over it, did the trick. Nary a bubble, ripple, or curled edge. So, consider me a very satisfied customer. Time will tell about the aging.”

“Very easy to order, measurements were perfect. Issue I'm having is that these were for nightstands but when I put a lamp on them after 3 days there are marks on the mat that I can't remove yet there is nothing on the bottom of the lamps. I'm attributing the marks to the weight of the lamp. If i had known, I would not have wasted my money and bought glass instead. I'm also worried about the coasters as there seems to be marks in the making.”

We typically do not recommend Crystal for high-gloss surfaces as it can cause air bubbles to become temporarily trapped between surfaces. While some customers may not mind this (fully depends on their needs and use-case), we do not recommend Crystal for high-gloss for this reason. “I wanted to order a ROUND piece for a table top. Apparently what I ordered was ROUNDED CORNERS. So, let me first say: the site? Terrible. Why would I think ordering a simple ROUND would be under special items or whatever? So, I accept I did not specifically order a ROUND and did indeed order ROUNDED CORNERS. Ironically, I was sent a PERFECT SQUARE. So, I was wrong. They were wrong. Not a good experience all the way around and when I broached the subject in chat all I pretty much got was... well, that's the site. WILL NOT USE AGAIN.”

Looking into this issue, it looks like we offered to replace the mat, but this offer was declined. “I would be very happy with the mats but they don't cover the space as I thought they would. I had anticipated the mats covering the entire space floor which they do not. They basically cover the area from in front of the seat to the gas pedal. They are very well made and comfortable but fall short on what I would have anticipated from a custom made to fit my vehicle, mat. *Update, after the company contacted me as to what was not correct I gave them a new measurement and they cut another mat which fits perfectly! Fantastic customer service!!!*”
