“Ordering process was seamless, clear plastic mats were quickly manufactured and shipped. But BIG OOPS - the back ones were perfect but the front ones were obviously meant for a completely different car! I took photos, emailed customer support and got a response within a few hours (on a weekend)! The following Monday, my order was reprocessed and shipped (no charge and a big apology). I am extremely pleased with the glossy finish, supple quality, precise fit (including holes for the floor pegs). I especially like the ability to see the Lexus logo from my original carpet mats underneath ~ very classy! Plus - they are super easy to clean with a damp rag!”

“The mats are great - almost exactly what I was looking for, not quite as clear (see through-able) as I was hoping, but sturdy none-the-less and stay in place well. My total was over $100, so I qualified for free shipping. But then I used the coupon for 15% off and that put the total under $100, so shipping was added on, resulting in a net savings of $2.35 (2.15%). I guess that means I still got free shipping and $2.35 off my order. ;) UPDATE: ExactMats expressed empathy towards me and refunding the shipping charges on my order. What great customer service!!”

“I have ExactMats in each of our vehicles and wouldn’t consider using any other floor mats. I began using ExactMats in 2004 and they have kept the factory mats looking pristine in multiple cars and trucks over the last 16 years. I especially like that they are laser cut to fit perfectly and are clear which allows the factory mats to show without having them exposed to dirt and grime. They stay in place and do not present any sort of hazard regarding getting caught on the driver’s pedals. I always order a full set, including the cargo mat to insure protection throughout each vehicle. They are easy to clean and last for years with proper care. Considering that this is our 12th set, you can certainly consider my family as big proponents of ExactMats.”

“Been buying Exact Mats for almost 20 years now. I love how they fit perfectly and don’t slide around. I don’t have to worry about getting my carpeted mats dirty or wet. I can easily wipe them down if they get dirty. I’m always asked where I got them. Next mat is for the trunk on my new car. Good product and fast delivery.”

“ExactMats service exceeded my expectations. Bought front mats but my husband inadvertently threw away the passenger side one. I then decided to order a complete set (front, rear & trunk). I called ExactMats if they would remove the front driver side one since I had that. They sent me all the mats except that one and only charged me for those sent. I like these mats since they are clear and you can see the color of the carpet. Also, easy to vacuum and wipe clean.”
