“I like the material of the black X-Mat I purchased for my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport cargo area and the black goes well with the car's interior but the fit of the original mat I received was a bit off. The fit was not bad enough to return but I was expecting precision. When I reported the issue, I got a quick response. A very helpful staff member named Ben went out to research the exact measurements needed at a dealership (finding the right year, model and make in the current shortage in the car market could not have been easy!), he kept me updated by email and the company produced a new mat for me that really was a custom fit at no extra charge. I was very impressed with the lengths Ben went to to ensure my total satisfaction. I got a level of service I never expected in this day and age. Thank you Ben and thank you Exactmats!”

“Not sure, they have been in the back yard, or garage for weeks trying to get rid of the terrible oil smell, you should have warned people not to put in car right away!! Other wise they seem ok I guess? Joe”

Hi Joseph, I'm so sorry to hear you are having an issue with the scent of the mats. We don't normally hear of this issue from our customers, but we do realize that some folks are more sensitive than others. Typically, if there is any smell at all, it does go away within a couple days - similar to a new, vinyl shower curtain. Once again, we are sorry if this left a bad taste in your mouth. “Love the mats! Bought for my 2021 Dodge Charger. Was worried about the odor but let them stay outside for a couple of days and I barely notice any smell and I am very sensitive to smells. The fit is perfect and what a pleasure to purchase from a USA company!”

“I ordered a driver side mat as a replacement since it was stained from road tar. I already have the rest of my vehicle covered with Exactmats which are like new after several years of use. They sent one that fit the bottom mat but did not cover the area under the brake and gas pedal like the one I had. I sent them the pictures and measurements and they sent me one that is identical to the one I had. Impressed and very happy with Exactmats!! My wife traded in a 7 year old SUV that had Exactmats and the carpet underneath was like new.”
