“Really strong smell, so we could not use until they sat out several days. They were also folded in a box, so they had to be laid out flat to be able to wear them properly.”

Hi Margaret. Thanks for your review! I just wanted to clarify that the scent you are smelling is 100% normal for vinyl products, however, not everyone is sensitive to the smell. The vinyl does something called off-gassing (something all plastics do). Every now and then we do hear from someone about the scent being powerful, but just like a new shower liner (also usually made from vinyl), those who are sensitive to the smell may need to air them out before use. I also wanted to assure you that your feedback has been forwarded to our production team in regards to your shields arriving folded. After laying out for a very short amount of time (laying them in the sun is one option), they should be usable. But if you run into any other issues, please feel free to give us a call. Your happiness is very important to us. Thanks!
