“I bought the mat to be used it under my office chair to protect the carpet but the plastic is so soft that it’s causing the foot hole on the carpet. When I order, I was told that you had the plastic for office chair but it’s not good. I’m planning to take it out and buy something since this don’t work . Updated: exactmats contacted me on the dissatisfaction of the mat since the office chair made divots when using on carpets. They refunded me the full amount and said I can keep the mat since I made other use for it. I was not anticipating on a full refund since I made other used for it. This company has an outstanding customer services. I’ve been a customer of them since 2015 buying mats for my new cars. If anyone need car mats and etc., I would recommend ExactMats. I give them 5 stars out of 5 for customer service.”

We're so glad you love our mats! To clarify, our mats do not yellow over time on their own. What you're noticing is related to the oils on the bottom of your shoes, from asphalt and other surfaces, staining the mat.
