“Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the lounge food was ok not much choice and as we were there on a morning would have liked toast but apparently cannot do toast due to fire risk .”

“I have been using Edinburgh Aspire lounge at lest 3 times a year for the last few years and have always found it to be excellent value for money, away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the main terminal eateries. The only complaint I do have is why have they stopped stocking Bacardi? They have replaced it with Havana WHY?? A lot of disappointed customers last time I was there.”

“First time in a lounge so wasn't sure what to expect. It was first thing in the morning and found the temperature very cold for sitting in, my husband had to keep his jacket on. More gluten free breakfast options would be good and the option of toast.”

“Staff all friendly and happy to help. Food is always fresh and hot and kitchen staff are fantastic at keeping it refilled. I have recently recommended this lounge to my daughter who used it the week after myself. The staff who help with bookings are also amazing and are happy to help you in any way.”

“We really enjoyed our visit to the Manchester Terminal one lounge. The food was excellent even though it was at 5.00a.m. My husband raved about the breakfast to our friends when we got home. It was a lovely start to our holiday”

“The lounge was ok but most comfy seats were taken and only normal tables to sit at. That’s not what I paid for - I wanted a comfortable seat whilst I waited. We were flying late so the food was impacted I think as the selection wasn’t great. Most things were not replenished. Shame. The staff and beverage section was fine. No lemon or lime though. Would like to see more comfy chairs but other than that it was fine.”

“It was wonderful to have a quiet and comfortable place to sit, take a shower and relax on our 4 hour layover. We didn’t know about the full breakfast but enjoyed snacking and having coffee. Will definitely do it again when we fly though Heathrow.”

“We were at the aspire lounge in Edinburgh. The food and service were excellent. The staff were welcoming and polite. The food choice was very good. The only downside with the old aspire is having to leave the lounge for the toilet although I believe the new lounge has toilets inside.”

“It's gone downhill. Surly staff, food below previous standard, drinks not as available and staff requesting tonic bottles brought back ! Disgusting after paying nearly £60 for 2 people. Not worth the money and won't be returning. Rewards not worth it as can't pre book and expire after 24 months.”
