“Good lounge. Positives were the price and the comfort of the space and the ability to pick and choose your food. Personally I like to pour my own wine and have smaller servings and a wider selection. I also don't think there were any 'piccies' to have accompany the drink which I missed. PS I know that my honest review won't win any prizes but I hope it helps. I would have paid another fiver to have the changes mentioned. Thanks for helping my journey start in a more relaxed way. Paul”

“We usually enjoy our visits as we are able to sit in peace and have a snack and a coffee. Very disappointed this time, snacks very limited and barely warm. Have always had aspire lounges, this time disappointing”

“We found most of the staff pleasant and obliging but there was a gentleman who told us we where asking for to many drinks (we weren’t) which was quite annoying as we had used no where near the amount of the cost of the entrance fee into the lounge. I don’t think it’s appropriate for a bar man to be telling us how much we should be drinking. Also there was no bread rolls for the soup. Generally the food that was provided was acceptable and the female staff very nice”

“Absolute excellent - they couldn’t have done enough for us Grainne Good was fantastic, I emailed her about surprising my husband for his 40th and she had a lovely area reserved with a card and bottle of prosecco! It was unreal”

“My second time to this airport lounge & all staff very helpful and friendly. Food choice very good, I don’t eat meat but there was plenty of choice both hot & cold foods. Can’t fault it at all definitely worth the money”

“Was pretty average - I have visited other Business Lounges in Manchester Airport and this was by and the way the poorest I have been to. The seating is uncomfortable and the selection of snacks poor - was undoubtedly of poor value and will not use that lounge again when travelling out of T2”
