“Had pre-booked, but people were paying to enter on the day - this left very little seating, long queues and quite an uncomfortable experience.”

“First time to use the lounge and it was a great experience. We had a relaxing start to our trip. The food and drinks was very good and I would use it again if we fly out of Bristol again.”

“The Lounge was clean and the staff professional and helpful. We were not particularly impressed with the food and it definitively needs some background music for a better atmosphere. We usually go to the Club Lounge but it was fully booked. We would not choose Aspire Lounge again, we prefer an adult only environment.”

“Not as good as it was before. The food is not good at all any more apart from the breakfast. And since children are allowed in it excruciating when baby’s and small children are crying. We pay a lot of money for the use of this facility.”

“Great beginning to our holiday.been a few times before,always had a good experience until last year..all seemed a bit tired..and in need of tlc..except for the staff,who have consistently been wonderful.this time..only two weeks ago..all good again.all refreshed...good choice of food and drinks..staff still as amazing as always.we will see you all again soon..thank you!”

“Our experience was ok, not what we expected though. We were disappointed with the lack of of snacks/food for our children (age 9 & 12) they ate crisps so didn’t find this good value for what we paid. Staff were good. Also found it very hard to believe we had to leave the lounge to go to the toilets! Toilets in the lounge would be an idea...”

“This is a lovely lounge with good food and branded drinks More comfortable and away from the crowds of the busy terminal Only negative is it is quite hard to find seats during a busy periods”
