“When we arrived there was a group of 9 people ahead of us who were told groups were not admitted. A very long and heated discussion followed. We were unable to find staff to let us in the meantime reducing our time there. On finally gaining access a large area of the lounge was reserved for Singapore Airlines passengers ( this was almost empty) meaning we struggled to find seating. The whole experience added to rather than reduced the stress of travelling. We have used and enjoyed lounge access on previous occasions. If this had been our first experience we would not have repeated it. I would rather pay slightly more for a satisfactory experience. We would not use the particular lounge again.”

“There was a small hot selection for breakfast which was cooked nicely. The continental selection was limited and was not stocked so well. The coffee was good but that's from a machine.”

“Slow to check into the area with bits of paper and cross checking, plus cold welcome the reception lady hardly cracked a smile. When inside there was limited food available, tables had not been cleared and space overall looked messy. Food was topped up while in and to be fair was good but limited choice. It would have been nice for to have been made special with a brief explanation of where things were as took some time to find cold drinks and other items. While nice to be away from the main crowds not sure this lounge represents value for money been in much better spaces in the past and would think twice about using the particular lounge again.”

“Obviously it’s very limited space at Inverness, I also travel with BA so it is always very full. You can get drinks which is great but on the occasions I have been so far the snack options generally need replenishing constantly. Nice to have a drink and seat thou although the first time I couldn’t sit as there were no free seats. Thanks Dave kershaw”

“My arrival was on a holiday. I was amazed to discover that such a big and international airport has NO LEFT LUGGAGE FACILITY on public holidays. In other countries, such a facility would be open longer hours knowing that folk will schedule trips on that day. What a disappointment. So I was unable to use your lounge and had to sit in a cafe for hours instead. Any chance of a refund?”

“Arrived just after 11am. Breakfast was being cleared away but a nice lunch was put out. A good choice of hot and cold food and very tasty. I particularly liked the pasta shells with the cherry tomatoes, spinach and cheese. The ladies on the bar were very attentive. I had a couple of nice Bloody Mary’s. My only criticism would be is there didn’t seem to be plugs/ usb points by every table/seat. Not good if you need to charge your phone/laptop. But apart from that a wonderful time was had.”

“Comfortable and quiet environment. Excellent views of the runway. Good choice of foods & drinks. Only suggestion would be for the porridge to be hot as it was lukewarm (still delicious though!). We will always use Aspire Lounge whenever we fly.”

“I felt that it was very crowed, the quiet area wasn't really quiet as people were standing about. You would think that people may of had some kind of meal before turning up as the food available was demolished by gannits. It's a small snack not an all you can eat buffet.”
