“Very nice quiet and relaxing, food a bit limited for a vegetarian but I guess a non veg chosen the menu, staff ok not as friendly as Years gone before, had to clean table myself and refill on vodka , etc liquor very slow, have used for several years but you need to sort these issues or I and friends will not be using anymore especially with the price increase and falling standards but will I actually receive feedback from this ??????”

“We were going on a 5 night break and decided to try the Executive Lounge as a treat, and we were so glad that we did. The food was excellent and there was a really good choice on offer. The drinks too were good and we basically saved ourselves a small fortune. The staff were very nice and helpful and we will definitely do it again.”

“We found it very comfortable and also , food was excellent staff were brilliant, enjoyed a quiet atmosphere and drinks were plentiful. Thank you very much, we will be back in February 2020 can't wait.”

“Food mediocre ,pancake machine ran out of ingredients as shown on the front of the machine when I asked if it was going to be filled up a male member of staff blatantly lied and said the machine was broken. I was in a group of 6 and we will all be unlikely to book again.”

“Hello aspire team the food was lovely and the staff welcoming the only dissapoitment we had was that we (4mature ladies )were not allowed a booth because we were not 6 and although we had our entrance ticket we were not found on that day's listing which held everyone up”

“this was the first time have used the lounge we had a nice relaxed wait for our plane the range of food and drinks on offer was brilliant we travel quite a lot so it wont be the last time we will visit first class”

“I enjoyed my visit to the Aspire lounge Terminal 5 at London Heathrow and thought the range of food on offer was very good, from cooked breakfast to sandwiches, and cereals, as well as other hot and cold options (I went in the morning). Infact it's probably the best spread I have seen at any lounge recently. I didn't make use of the bar this time but from past experience I've always found the barstaff friendly and attentive. I also didn't use any of the spa or shower facilities. My one gripe is that the chairs are not particularly comfy but they are perfectly adequate.”

“The lounge was quiet so lots of room. Disappointed breakfast finished at 11.30am then it was salad and pasta. Other than food choice the stay was good.”

“Friendly staff in a well presented lounge. Great views of the planes whilst enjoying food and drink. Would like a choice of eggs but that’s a personal thing. The booths for people to work in are not soundproofed so it can be a bit noisy sat at that side of lounge. Staff quick to help and were excellent at clearing table. A good experience giving a calm start to a long travel.”

“I paid for the lounge and the money was taken from account, the staff couldn't find my booking so a friend of mine had to pay $80 for me to use this lounge. In these modern times how the booking not show on the system????”
