“Excellent service. Just what you need in the early hours of the day when you have travelled for a couple of hours just to get to the airport. Selection of food is very good, ambience pleasant and unhurried, very calming prior to flight.”

“Very relaxing , place clean tidy and spacious, food was ok and plenty of it , pretty difficult to get a drink though as bar tender was having to be Jack of all trades , I dobt believe you get your money's worth in food and refreshments unless you a bit of a glutten ,”

“The lounge was easily found and reception staff really welcoming. The Batman not so welcoming as I felt that he didn’t want to be there. We asked twice for the food (beef stew ) to be replaced before anything happened.”

“Good stay in your lounge...but you would need to improve the food ...was a bit disappointed by the choice of food which was very limited.... Cheers”

“Upon entering the lounge the guy at the desk was absolutely rude, putting that aside and getting past him my lounge experience was 100% enjoyable 😊 food and drinks were lovely the view of the aircraft’s were on point if your into plans as much as i am - the cleanliness was 5 star and comfort and availability of seating choice was big - worth paying for if you want to get away from the busy scene of the main airport hauls”

“We were very disappointed as the tables and floors hadn't been cleaned. There was no hot meat option, beer or red wine. We had to ask and then wait for forks and mugs. We have previously used No1 lounge but thought this year we would try Aspire, not sure we would book another Aspire lounge based on this experience.”

“The sandwiches were very basic. Filling and butter. No option for diary free diets that don’t want butter in sandwiches. Some hot food - not soup- would be nice Very disappointed there were no tv screens to watch news etc Improvements are needed to make the place more customer friendly”

“Very good start to our holiday, especially helpful as travelling with a young baby so have us the time and space to prepare for the flight away from the hustle of the airport. Food and drink was nice, if I had any negatives there could have been more options but that's me being picky as it was all good value.”
