“I usually use the BA Galleries lounge at Heathrow T5 and expected something similar The Executive Lounge was cramped and tired (furniture well worn and crowded). The food for breakfast was good, though not extensive. Complimentary alcoholic drinks were not readily available but needed to be ordered from the bar, which was not permanently staffed. Magazine selection was limited and dog-eared. No lounge bathroom available I do not think that the Executive Lounge was value for money”

“It's first time we have used the aspire lounge and it was much better than expected as we have been to other lounges which were more expensive but no better so very impressed”

“A very good place to while away the time before the flight. I found the food good - it was the afternoon rather than the morning - and the drink good and forthcoming. As the lounge was busy it was good that space had been reserved for on-line customers. Overall a good experience.”

“Food was ok nothing special, drinks fantastic a lot of choice, atmosphere was very chilled and quiet felt out of place talking. Not sure I’d return just due to the sombre atmosphere.”

“The food was cold and tasteless, there was no cutlery and the wait for a drink was long. Tables weren’t clean and nothing was cleared away. We where told that it would get quieter once the main flight of the day began to board. That was our flight to Dubai. Really really bad for the price that we paid.”

“Booked the lounge for an early morning start. Was so much better than fighting for a seat in the open areas which is always a problem at Luton in the mornings. Breakfast choice was really good, plenty of option including cooked breakfast, fruit, pastries and freshly made pancakes! Worth the money & probably only a few pounds more than paying for breakfast at one of the restaurants”

“We had several hours between flights whilst at Schiphol and decided to book into the executive lounge 26. With the airport extremely busy we were glad to spend the time in such a pleasant, calm and comfortable space. The lounge has all facilities for travellers, and we were very impressed with the food provided. We are in Schiphol in December and have booked again, knowing that spending time in the lounge 26 will make travelling much more pleasant.”

“First time we used the plus lounge after always using the other lounge. The plus was fantastic so much choice available for food and drink. The whole area was kept very clean, well stocked and the staff were lovely. Well done Aspire.”

“Airport Lounge 26 - Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. On arrival, both on Thursday and Friday, staff at the welcome desk were neither welcoming or friendly. The food was good but I was a little put off by a gentleman eating ham, with his hands, straight from the counter.”

“This was disappointing. The lounge was overcrowded and we struggled to find seats. We had to fetch a stool from the other end of the lounge and saw another couple seated in a lobby for the showers. Despite this travellers who had not booked continued to be accepted at the door. There are no toilets within the lounge and no signs to direct you to them. After asking I was told they were outside. In all I would have been better using the money for a long relaxing meal,”

“Brilliant clean lounge, would have like more menu options or a change of the hot dish, also shame the toilets are not located inside and are a fair walk either side of the lounge. But I enjoyed my time there and would visit again xxx”
