“This lounge is not what you would expect. It’s crowded, the food is at best mediocre and the bathrooms are filthy”

“Visited Executive Lounge before a weekend away and found it to be poor quality. Lounge was cold and airy. Selection of bacon rolls sat under a heat lamp and were all hard and crispy as they had sat there for some time, some fruit, cereals and yogurts. Very poor selection of food compared to Edinburgh. Not value for money and not inviting.”

“Food quality and choice was awful, was worse than school dinners, almost inedible, looked like slop, I expected a first class experience and instead got 3rd class at best. Staff were reasonably friendly and it was quite clean but the floor had food left on it, will not be using this again at this airport, extremely disappointed”

“Had an amazing time in the lounge with my boyfriend for our first holiday today and his first visit in the lounge he loved it and would do it again only fault was there wasn’t a great selection of food that time so wee didn’t eat anything but wee made the most of it and enjoyed it still”

“Very disappointed with our visit, decor was like We walked into a room in the 70s, quite a negative vibe. View of the car park was depressing, temperature was on the cold side. I felt it was a very poor range of drinks to choose from. The young adults struggled to find nice nibbles to eat. The added cost for us as a family was really not worth it. We made the best of the situation as we should of felt happy setting off on a holiday. But never will I pay that money again for a visit to this Lounge. Wish I had something positive to add.”

“Went with family to the Manchester Lounge prior to a holiday flight and found the lounge to be very good. It was clean and the food was decent quality. Staff were very good and were quick to clear tables to keep the place looking clean and tidy. We will be using again.”

“Our visit to the lounge was not without issues. Firstly one of the toilets was not available and this was also the case on a previous visit,so maybe a ongoing problem. Many of the items on the website menu was not available or not on show. No cakes,biscuits,flapjacks,brownies etc was on show. Quite a few tables were uncleaned on our arrival and just wasn't of the standard that was expected.”
