“Flew on 22 Oct 19. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Brakfast was lovely and hot , Only negative was there were no toilets in the lounge , Had to use main toilets . Will defentily use this service again”

“Fantastic!! worth every penny, I have used this lounge a few times now and would not go anywhere eles when flying from Edinburgh. Staff are really nice and very helpful. Food and was really nice and plentyful.”

“I visited the executive lounge Aspire, at Edinburgh Airport with 3 friends and the food, snacks and service was all very good. Friendly helpful staff and will definitely recommend to any one travelling from Edinburgh or any other airport.”

“I always enjoy your lounges but it is getting a bit expensive for an hour or so peace. I will continue to use it though, as long as I am able”

“Unenjoyable due to the fact that they had put us in the quiet zone which we didn’t ask for. This then caused an uproar from other people sitting in the zone, baring in mind we had 4 young children with us, it was quite frankly impossible to be silent. The staff seemed very stressed and not too happy to accommodate. This was my first time using the lounge, and i am so disappointed. I’m not too sure I will be using it again any time soon.”

“The selection of hot and cold food was excellent as was the choices of alcohol and soft drinks. Staff constantly replenished everything so you never had to wait and your dishes were collected as soon as you were done. The choice of seating areas from those with booths and TVs to quieter spaces was great and of course you could plug in at all. This was a great pre flight experience that I’ll certainly book again.”

“The staff were welcoming and the food was satisfactory but the chairs were uncomfortable and unclean where we were. The settees were all reserved for a large party so understand that it could be helped but we left sooner that I wanted as was uncomfortable for my husband with his back. Thank you to the staff they accommodate us and helped our holiday start in a good way.”

“Always a nice stay at this Lounge. Little hard to find since the names don’t match when you pre purchase. Found eventually. Why gives us something to scan in with when I have to fwd confirmation email to the lounge anyway? Food was good, staff was good. Will stay again in future.”

“This is the second we have used the Aspire lounges in Heathrow, the first time being Terminal 5, and I'm sorry but they are just not worth the money, firstly the quality of the food is appalling, and the drink is also not great, for instance my wife asked for a White Wine and was told is Spanish ok, no choice of chardonnay etc, most of the staff struggle with English and you certainly don't get 3 hours as the time starts 3 hours before you fly, even though you have to board and get through security etc during that 3 hours timeframe, so at most you get 90 minutes to 2 hours.”

“The lounge was pleasant enough but the food choice was very limited especially for children. The cream for scones ran out and took a long time to be replenished. A few more staple items such as biscuits, fruit (there was oranges but nothing else) bread and ham for a sandwich would have offered more scope”

“Lounge was clean and easy to check into to, the staff were all very friendly. However it was let down by a really poor breakfast offering. Vegetarian sausages were inedible (try using quorn or Linda McCartney in the future to make veggies happy), pancakes had run out, milk had run out, bacon was undercooked, shortage of cutlery. It was a really disappointing experience overall and we then had to purchase food elsewhere.”
