“I was warmly welcomed, shown around, had everything explained to me. This was my first visit and I would certainly use the Inverness Aspire Lounge again. It was quiet and relaxing.”

“Staff lovely as always... Our party had 2 vegetarian in it and there wasn't any vegetarian sausage, it was very early 4am but not a lot to choices really and it was expensive £30.each we all felt not great value for money. I've used this lounge many times and had no problem.”

“The Lounge facility only benefits if you dont have bags. The check in desk opens 3 hours before the flight. The flight gate closes 30 minutes before flight. we were 1st in the queue and walked briskly straight to the lounge not stopping at duty free. Queued to get into the lounge. Only had 1 hours in there but paid for 3. When I booked the offer was buy one get one free but it was only 25% off the bill at the end. A very disappointing and expensive experience. Food ok. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good idea but wont be repeating it.”

“Having used Aspire lounges before we we expecting great quality....the only hot food available was curry...2 curries, when I asked a lady what if you don't eat curry, she pointed to the limp lettuce and a bit of cucumber and tomato!!! Not sure that I would use Aspire lounges again.”

“This was the first time I had used this lounge and I found it disappointing compared to others. It is L shaped and narrow, very crowded and the choice of food on offer was very poor - a sort of vegetable stew, rice and a few cake type desserts, all open to the air. One of the few comfortable chairs became available ten minutes before I left so at least the end of my stay was comfortable.”

“As a female lone traveller I found the lounge staff very very welcoming, it was calm and relaxing before a very long journey to other side of the world, excellent, recommended to my 2 girlfriends also traveling this weekend, they have now booked also”

“I would never book this lounge again for my family of 4 We wanted a proper breakfast and there was very small amount of food - if you wanted bacon or sausages you were lucky there was not beans no toast no eggs no pastries no fruit is very a poor show Table and seating area was not comfortable or relaxing and tables were not big enough for a family of 4”

“Limited range of food on offer. Slow check in, told it was my phones problem rather than just trying to check my name in. Lack of luxury, did not feel very executive. Could have been a wider range of food and snacks on offer, not all of it felt fresh. Disappointed I spent the money.”
