“The lounge looked clean and warm upon arrival but we soon noticed it was very busy, we had to walk around looking for somewhere to sit and nowhere was available, there were a lot of reserved tables but none free for us, we asked a member of staff who said he would find us one and to wait 5 minutes but sadly he never came back. We managed to get a seat in the end but the tables were very low down and not comfortable to eat from so we had to keep checking for someone to leave so we could move to a more convenient seat. The food was lovely and replenished regularly, bar service was very slow and the lady seemed to take a dislike to me as she ignored me and had to be told I was next every time I went to be served! Over all it was pleasant a few easy tweaks would make it run a bit smoother but I would use it again.”

“Didn't get to the new Lounge as booked as was delay in opening.. so used existing loung which i have in past. However on taking two friends for 1st use was disappointed in the shortage of staff, slow service and dirty dishes on tables.. I will use again just to put this down to a one off but was disappointed with my visit.”

“Nice relaxed atmosphere, good selection of food and drink. I was going away with friends and it made a lovely start to the holiday. All being sat together, not having to queue or wait for a seat. Great start for us all.”

“The lounge itself was crowded. The food was not really suitable for children. Had to clean our table before sitting. The staff wasn't really smiling and were often on their mobiles. The bar queue was busy and again no smile but polite enough. Maybe it was a bad day!”

“Rarely had all the menu available during our visit with them. Extremely busy and seemed to have little staff on rota. It was the first day of school holidays so it was going to be busy. Need more staff. Dirty in places and needs a good clean. Toilets....best not to go, just hold it in and use the airport facilities. Very dissatisfied as this was brought as a gift for my Mum and Sister and it did not meet standards”

“We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff who explained the way the lounge worked. We sat in a booth with a TV which was brilliant for the kids. The lounge was very clean. The only thing that let's the lounge down was the lack of choice of food available - not much when compared to other lounges at the airport.”

“My wife is in a wheelchair and the lift to the Aspire lounge was being repaired so we were sent to the Club lounge. This lounge was calm and precisely what we needed to escape from the busy departure lounge. The service was superb for instance a top up of prosecco arriving before we'd even asked for one. My breakfast of Eggs Benedict was fantastic, with a very nice hollandaise sauce. However, the only downside was my wife asked for bacon which can only be described as "warm ham" and was not tasty at all. Overall, it was a very positive experience and one we'd certainly use again.”

“I’ve used lots of lounges now, and this one had everything we needed. It wasn’t crowded, the view overlooking the shops and departure area was something interesting to watch, but my favourite things were the great coffee and the pancake making machine! This even has pods for you to catch a quick 20 minute power-nap before your flight. 100% recommended.”

“This particular lounge was better than the other I had been on before, the food was nice , however the hot cooked breakfast food was cold even though my partner and myself were in there as soon as it opened in the morning. The air con was also a little powerful for an autumn morning and both my partner and myself found it a little cool in the lounge. The staff were very friendly though.”
