“Executive lounges are great value for the money which you would spend anyway in departure but you also get peace and quite and the internet etc. Brilliant.”

“The quality of service is always exceptional. Even at 4.30am on an October morning on my most recent visit the staff were welcoming and polite. The food was hot and plentiful and the lounge was spotless. The washroom was clean and tidy too. I consider the lounge to be the only way to start a journey.”

“As usual, Inverness gives excellent service. Can't fault them only downside too comfy so nearly missed our flight and had run across the tarmac in view of our fellow passengers which is not easy when one is over 70! It's money well spent.”

“Very cold feelingand drab looking , staff didn’t seem happy , coffee machines running out , poor choice of food and snacks”

“Unfortunately not as good as previous visits. Hot food was not up to standard. Tables were not cleared of used dishes ( had to clear the table by myself to sit down with my wife ). Had to wait for some time to be served drinks at bar.”

“Arrived at the lounge after two other aircraft journeys (being ill and delays) had a hot shower and changed into clean clothes which was great. Was able to relax and have a late dinner prior to catching my next flight which was 11.5 hours. Thank you for allowing me to feel human again. 🤗”

“Nice quiet place to sit and relax prior to a flight. There was not a great selection of food when we were there (cold meats, a curry, a casserole and some salads) but it was acceptable. The biggest issue was with the toilets. The toilets comprised a small room (1 cubicle in the men’s, 2 cubicles in the lady’s) which were shared with the other lounges. The toilets were not that clean and often had a (small) queue of people waiting to use them - and this was a quiet day in the airport generally. On balance though, we would probably use the lounge again as the pros (especially when the airport is busy) outweigh the cons.”

“Very friendly staff, extremely helpful! Great that as a family with a baby , they reservedus a perfect seat so we wouldn’t bother any other guests. Very thoughtful! Food choice poor! Lounge was far too hot to be comfortable!”

“Good facilities. Definitely worth the entry price if you have a couple of hours to wait on your next flight. The only drawback is that there tend to be a couple of more passengers than there are seats at any given moment. So you may have to wait a few minutes to be seated.”

“Staff very pleasant, food and drink well restocked but very busy when we arrived. We just managed to get a table for 2 but had to keep moving to let staff past as we were by the kitchen.”

“After having visited the No 1 lounge and aspire lounge at Edinburgh airport I have to say I was disappointed with this one . The staff were lovely etc but no hot food on offer. Decor a bit dated too. Wouldn’t pay to rush back .”
