“awful... so so busy.. couldn't even find a seat at first cause it was so full. Kids running around everywhere. Shouldn't let that many people in, it's meant to be a relaxing luxury experience.”

“My flight to Heathrow was cancelled and so I was delayed in transit 24hrs. I received excellent assistance from both the staff in the lounge and via the online support desk. The lounge was, quiet, clean and well stocked.”

“Very good service once we checked in. very clean and tidy. Good selection of food and drinks. Food kept topped up with fresh food. Patties very good”

“Lovely area to relax before travelling. The food choice was great and the food hot and regularly topped up. Drinks were varied and service was great. I really enjoyed my stay”

“Very full and not easy to get a seat. Choice of food constantly ran out. When ordering drinks, I was made aware that the first glass of Prosecco was complimentary. I had however paid for a glass as part of the package. I was questioned by the staff about this and then had to wait at the bar whilst they checked- which wasn’t a good start to my experience.”

“Buffet Standard not consistent across lounges. Eg Heathrow T3 has porridge/oatmeal, Birmingham does not. Checkin seems to take longer than it should - a lot of screen tapping, needs streamlining.”

“The lounge at Larnaca Airport was excellent, both for the facilities. Food and beverages and staff. Lounge at Liverpool John Lennon airport was pleasant enough, but not as good as Larnaca.”

“Recently upgraded from The Upper Deck Lounge to The Loch Lomond lounge. Absolutely brilliant service, very comfortable, fantastic decor. Food choices were hot and cold, I chose just cold as the choice, quality and presentation was fantastic. The choices of cocktails looked fantastic. The atmosphere was chilled, just what I need at the airport. Absolute perfect choice for the start of a holiday. Would highly recommend and will most definitely use again.”

Our lounge is the perfect way to start off any trip away, Unfortunately, due to the limited space, we were not able to provide toilet facilities within the lounge. “I would highly recommend the airport lounge. The friendly atmosphere you are greeted with at the front desk to the people at the bar and food area make the start of your holiday feel special. You sit in comfortable seating away from the hustle and bustle of the airport which makes you relax. The food is very good with a great choice for all and a good selection of beverages from the bar. And all comes at a great price. I Will always use the lounge every time we go on future holidays.”

“Although a comfortable lounge, on the last 3 occasions of our visit, the food was not as good as it used to be. Food is left far too long on the hot counter before being replenished. A pasta dish had dried out and had been out for over an hour, but still wasn't removed and replaced with fresh. Similarly, the salad dishes were empty for quite a while before replenished. This left us with a choice of dried out pasta or a few salad leaves. Disappointing.”
