“Huge delay at emirates (introduced new IT system) check in meant we only had 40 mins in lounge. Main course barely warm. Very little cheese on board. Service very good”

“I always use aspire lounges if possible. Usually very relaxing with friendly staff. I was slightly disappointed last time as I didn’t find staff quite so friendly however, I still enjoyed my waiting time in a nice quiet and relaxing atmosphere and felt it would only be fair to give my usual five star review. Thank you.”

“The food and coffee available is good, the quiet areas are good and the staff regularly collect dirty dishes etc. The decor and furnishings are starting to look tired. The toilet is too small to service a busy lounge. A little expensive for what it was”

“We always start our holidays with a Lounge visit but this was our first visit to this particular lounge. Usually we go to number 1 Gatwick instead but as we had a baby we felt this sounded more suited to our babies needs. We will use this lounge again over the others! Perfect start before our long haul flight. Breakfast was fabulous and the drinks we’re perfect too. The staff were friendly and welcoming which always helps too. The bar staff were very attentive. Ideal for our 10 month old to let off some steam before the flight too, she was able to crawl around and tire herself out unlike if she had been in the main airport. So thank you for a wonderful stay as ever.”

“It is not the most comfortable lounge I have ever been in and was really crowded but perhaps there is a lack of space to make it better. This meant the food was in a corridor. However, the food was good and replenished regulary. The staff were lovely. Would I pay to go in here again? .... only if it was half of what I paid this time. It is not a patch on the one at Gatwick!”

“Aspire Plus at Bristol is excellent, clean, calm, good food. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of the Aspire Lounge, as I have previously discussed with your team.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the lounge. Relaxing and enjoyable way to wait for our flight. Good start to our long weekend away. Would recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it. Fresh and tasty food on offer and of course a good variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic refreshments too.”

“When we arrived out Internet booking hadn't been sent through to the booking system but the lady checking us in great and didn't panic us just sorted it and in we went and with a 1 year old that was a relief!! Not much for kids but the pancakes did go down well... Or watching them come out the machine was more exciting haha. It was very early morning so I think possibly a non alcohol option could be offered at a lower price. Overall though it was a great relaxing area to be in, especially travelling on my own with a 1 year old. Will defo book again... Although wouldn't pay the price for an over 2 year old.”

“Limited seating available when we arrived and very poor and cramped layout so much of the seating is effectively along a corridor.Range of food quite restricted and of low quality .”
