“A good choice of food which was good and hot, staff very friendly and pleasing. Liked the coffee, the choice of alcoholic drinks drinks was good as well. Well pleased will certainly book the room again.”

“I really enjoyed the lounge. Food (we had breakfast) was very tasty and refilled swiftly, good variety of drinks available. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I found the atmosphere in the new lounge very relaxing, it had a calming affect on me, I usually get a bit stressed when travelling, but this time I felt very relaxed and chilled. It is good value for money, the atmosphere in there was priceless and I will definitely use the lounge again the next time I travel from Edinburgh. Thanks to for the excellent lounge experience.”

“I regularly use the Aspire Lounge in Kenya - it is ideal for relaxing before a flight, good selection of drinks and reasonable snacks. What I do like about the Aspire is the fact it does not get overcrowded- they limit the number of guests they allow in so you do not feel as if your are being stuffed in a small space.”

“It was newly opened so clean and organised with friendly staff. The lounge was an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the airport. A fab start to the holiday!”

“It was ok food and drink was fine but need more areas with nice seating there was an area near the main door reserved witch had a large tv and comfortable chairs but we couldn't use it think it was reserved for Singapore airline customers but there was no one in in”

“I love the lounge at Liverpool airport. Friendly, calm, pleasant staff. The food is always nice and fresh. It’s nice to be out of the hussle of the main concourse. Good place to chill before your flight.”

“Very enjoyable visit. Party of five no problems in finding a table. Good selection of food and drink. Would recommend to anyone wanting a place away from bustle of busy airport to relax before your flight.”

“As part of celebrating my Wifes 60th Birthday, we thought we would treat ourselves and use the Executive Lounge. We could not have been more disappointed at our treatment. Upon our arrival there was no one on reception and after about 5 minutes I went to try and find someone, because there was a queue forming. The young lady eventually appeared. The selection of food on display was depleted and not replaced and then we had to clear our own table, before we could sit and eat. We were beyond disappointed and could not recommend.”

“Pre booked the lounge when I arrived lounge extremely busy, no seats anywhere, asked to speak to the manager and she found me a seat at a table for prepaid online customers, which was very lucky as customers had just left. I felt they were just letting everyone in at the door not caring if customers got a seat. Surely you pay for a lounge to get a comfy seat and relax. Would never go back,”

“Good stay. Food could be improved . Stews are not everybody’s ‘cup of tea’. Salads and pies with cold meats would be much better, or even smoked salmon. Showers was great, though could do with refreshing. Suggestion: Lockers for long stay to store hand luggage .”
