“The lounge seemed very busy. This was our first time in a lounge in T2 at Manchester Airport. We had pre-booked and on previous occasions in other lounges (in T3) seats had been reserved for us. Not so here in this lounge. Food was OK, staff were keeping the lounge relatively tidy. Overall, this was an "OK" start to our 2 week holiday.”

“Booked the Lounge prior to a Saturday night flight. It was fairly busy but not overcrowded. Food & drinks were fine. only downside was the Wi Fi. So slow that it was unusable fortunately there is 4G reception.”

“We had the pleasure of relaxing in the new Aspire Lounge in Edinburgh Airport. The food and service as always was excellent. The new lounge includes restrooms within the lounge, which is more convenient. Additionally, the area has been planned well and is spacious and offers privacy without making it seem empty.”

“The lounge at Terminal 2 Aspire on the 01st November 2019 pm stands out the staff were especially freindly and helpfull especially the lady at the welcome desk who arranged a wheel chair for my husband as we were leving from the New departure gates at Manchster A gates . We would not have been able to get there on our own. The Assistance had been pre booked but the service was in total disarray due to new people running the service. Please pass on out thanks 5star service with a smile Stuart Briggs & Pat Mainwaring”

“Brilliant! First time we’ve used it and will certainly be back . Great choice of good and drink , comfy seats and friendly staff. Loved the wee nibbles with tablet and macaroon too . Well worth the money .”

“I always use the executive lounge facilities in every airport I visit and have booked Liverpool's John Lennon many times but I was very disappointed on this occasion, firstly I always found the staff very friendly and good humoured, this time check in was a trial as the person on the desk did not seem to be up to speed with the mobile check in but he was pleasant which is more than be said of the catering staff who I found to be very rude and unhelpful, the hot food dishes were empty when we arrived at approximately 2pm and when I politely asked if they where going to replenish I was informed curtly 'if I could just wait' the dishes were not cleared from the empty tables which made the lounge look chaotic and usually the staff kept a check on the food supply but not on this occasion as I noticed quite a few people commenting on empty dishes, the lady on the bar on the other hand was really nice even though she was under pressure from some overindulged patrons, she still had time for a smile, the food was not as good as usual 3/5 but I had what I needed, I will still use again, it's a shame though as if this was my first visit I doubt if I'd think it was value for money.”

“Compared to the Aspire offering in T1 this was awful. Cramped, dingey, staff unhelpful (with the notable excepion of the ex-Thomas Cook receptionist who was great in keeping with all Thomas Cook experiences in the past, the industry should be ashamed over the handling of that matter) Food offering was poor, with little variety, no pastries no fruit, no fruit juices. Flight information screens poorly placed, dingy, layout stupid ( had to queue for food across the access route from the check in desk). Champagne offering was more expensive than January in T1 and was restricted to the awful Moet who seem to triumph with promotion over taste. Solitary bar person pleasant but overwhelmed and longer than hoped for time to actually get the "champers" Will not be returning there.”
