“Great service. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our reserved table quickly. Lots of fresh food to choose from and a variety of drinks. Would definitely book to go in the lounge on my next visit”

“Lounge environment was good and relaxing. Poor wifi meant we couldn't log into a sporting event we had hoped to discreetly watch. Food options were poor and limited (not child friendly). A strange mix of food.”

“The courtesy of the staff was outstanding. Amazing customer service, thank you. The lounge is a little haven of peace and quiet....just what's required in the middle of a hugely busy airport! I recently made use of the Aspire lounge in Birmingham airport where I must say the range of food and drink provided was rather better than that at Heathrow. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my restful break in your lounge and will definitely be using it again. I have recommended your service to many of my friends, too.”

“The facilities at the lounge are the nicest I’ve been in. I would like to see more vegan options available eg butter and milk alternatives more easily accessible. However the staff were extremely helpful when I asked for these items”

“Good value for money and much more cost effective than eating in the normal airport restaurants! However, a wider choice of hot food would have been good. One of the hot dishes ran out and wasn’t replaced initially. Lovely quiet, calm atmosphere.”

“Lounge was very busy and people could not get a table. We had a large booth for 3 people so offered to swap for a larger party who only had a small table. Staff were friendly and the food was nice.”

“Lovely and the only way to travel...really enjoyed our airport time here...the food, drink and comfortable seat really added to our holiday experience. Will defo book on future journeys.”

“Small lounge with limited facilities Had to exit the lounge to use the toilets. Adequate cold buffet with cereals, fruit, breads , yogurts and juices. Hot breakfast items were sausages, puddings, beans and over cooked scrambled eggs. The tv was not hd. Limited alcoholic drinks available ie. no brandy or bourbon, gin was beefeater brand only. Max of 3 alcoholic drinks permitted ( understandable). Staff were friendly and helpful. For cost was reasonable value and as only lounge available I would use it again.”
