“Another great visit to the Edinburgh Aspire Lounge. We regularly visit the lounge with our young son who has ASD. It’s a much better environment for him, quieter, less bright and he likes the selection of food and nibbles to choose from. Only thing I would say is more screens but I believe the new Lounge will be open soon and will probably have these.”

“This was our third visit to the lounge and was excellent as always! Very friendly and diligent staff who work hard to keep the lounge tidy. This year we have used the lounge at different times the food has been good both at breakfast and lunch. We find it a relaxing start to our holidays away from the very uncomfortable T1 at Manchester. We always book direct as this ensures that we can stay in the lounge if there’s a delay. Love the comfortable chairs with view of the runway.”

“We love going into the lounge. The only thing we found wrong was that you never had bacardi available. The only thing you had was a cheap rum. This was very disappointing.”

“Although we had pre-booked, we had to wait as customers who had not booked were given entry first. Seated between lots of other people although there were larger spacious tables for two elsewhere. Food quality very good, but not topped up regularly enough.”

“Perfect start to our holiday, As I was alone travelling with my inquisitive 2.5 year old it could be quite tricky but the staff were really friendly and playful with her. Food was ok and the drink selection was good.”

“Recently I spent 5 hours at Executive Lounges in Dubai Airport- the staff where friendly, the food and beverage selection was good, and the comfortable relaxer chairs were appreciated. I did have some difficulties finding the Lounges as the signage was quite poor.”

“This was my second visit to the Bristol Lounge. My first visit was not acceptable because you could not confirm the allergin status for any of availabke meals. Your customer services then gave us a free pass to use on our next holiday. On this occasion I was just informed that every dish may contain fish or nuts, so again I had a very very limited choice of basically cheese & biscuits. Yet again it was a very disappointing start to my holiday.”

“We booked the lounge at Gatwick following receipt of your Autumn menu. When we arrived at Gatwick, we were told they has a busy morning and they did not have any more of the stew and had to put up with pasta. There was also a lot of dirty dishes on tables which took a very long time to be cleared. This was a very disappointing experience.”
