“The lounge was comfortable and quiet and nicely furnished.The choice of food and drink and availability of newspapers all helped with the ambience and quality of the experience. Our only gripe was having used the facility for the first time and having purchased the plus element the staff at the facility made no attempt to direct us to that area,for which we payed extra, and had it not been for our own intuition we would not have been aware of its location.The staff overall were functional rather than friendly or helpful and less than reflective of an exclusive facility.”

“We've used this lounge a couple of times before as one of our family doesn't cope with with the busy, loud airport. The food and drink are fine. The two things we find no so hood is that used dishes and cups seem to wait a long time to be cleared away and that's you have to leave the lounge to use the toilet. We've paid a similar amount at other airports and had a much classier lounge.”

“It was sad to see it was looking a little gruby", torn wall paper in the booth and not clean seems like it needs a lick of paint.”

“Visited the lounge for the 1st time with the wife and was just ok, clean and tidy ad friendly staff. Poor choice of food with a very limited choice especially over lunch. Soup or Soup or the usual lounge cheese and crackers. Would like more of a selection ie sandwiches maybe! Not sure if I would visit again but each to their own I suppose”

“There was a poor selection of food, that was also empty for nearly 2 hours. The queue at the bar was massive and only one person serving. It was however clean. I won’t rush back here though. I went to the old lounge as the new lounge wasn’t ready and open as I had booked! All round let down.”

“Staff on front of lounge were very helpful Person behind the bar was pleasant and brought our drinks over well cooked breakfast all juices full stocked up so no complaints there. Booth was very good for the children chilled out. Only one thing that is needed ear phones for the TVs so I could watch and hear the news”
