“Whilst the food was decent, there was a distinct lack of choice . It would have been nice to have a selection of sandwiches available too, eg cheese, egg mayonnaise etc Of more concern is the fact that we nearly missed our flight due to the misinformation provided in the lounge. The screen in the lounge was showing our flight as “go to gate”, Whereas in fact all the passengers had boarded and the plane was waiting for our party and had been doing so for sometime. Had we not per chance decided to go to the gate then the plane would have left without us. I shudder to think of the consequences of this. We have been using the escape lounge for many years and have never had this problem.”

“A first class facility. Comfortable seating and nice view out to the runways. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good selection of food and drinks. We will definitely use the Executive Lounge at Manchester again.”

“Hi When I booked this new lounge I asked if it was def going to be open the day I departed for Benidorm... I was told it was the opening day of the new lounge and it would be open. Turned up and it wasn't even ready....”

“The lounge was clean and tidy. Comfortable seats. The food lacks imagination. How about introducing scones/pancakes/oatcakes and cheese? The egg rolls are tough. The crisps are not nice.”

“We have always found the lounge at Glasgow to be of a high standard with an excellent level if cleanliness. The staff are friendly and very helpful.”

“Honestly didn’t find the lounge as good as an experience as I hoped. It looked tired, worn in places. Selection of food was very much snacks, eg sausage rolls, soup. I hoped for a more luxurious experience, but it really wasn’t, however it did give me a few hours away from the busy terminal.”

“Not accessible when arriving from international flight coming in to Montreal ! I tried to access it before passing through customs/immigrations but that failed. Once you have passed the local customs you can not enter the international zone, so the ticket becomes useless. I paid 34 EUR for a useless reservation”

“Compared to facilities at Edinburgh the Glasgow lounge was disappointing. Bit shabby. Not the cleanest and no fresh made food. Breakfast rolls prepared and left to keep warm. Should be better.”
