“Used for a long layover Warmly greeted and straightforward admittance. Fairly small compared to some other lounges but able to find comfortable seating. Food constantly replenished. Made our long journey more pleasurable.”

“They are absolutely great! Drinks, food whatever you’d like is there. You have lounges that you can lie down and sleep if that’s what you fancy. We absolutely enjoyed the Executive Lounge.”

“We always use the lounge when flying from Newcastle as it is a tranquil space away from the noise and hustle of the main airport. There is plenty of eat, drink and relax whilst the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Flight information is shown on screens so you are in no danger of missing your flight and should your flight be delayed then you can stay in the lounge until such times as your flight starts to board. The lounge should be an essential part of your flight out of Newcastle.”

“My wife and myself visited the Aspire lounge at Luton on Saturday afternoon 12 October. As usual, a very pleasant experience. A new dish for us was the cauliflower curry, as recommended by the waitress/chef, very enjoyable. We do still miss the olives and peanuts which are no longer available. The peanuts we can understand from an allergy point of view, but the olives ? Welcome to see that bar staff are now using utensils for ice and slices serving. We intend to renew our annual membership when it expires next year.”

“On arrival there were 3 team members behind the desk.I was on my mobility scooter and my husband struggled with the doors-no offer of assistance.We temporarily parked the scooter to allow me to get to a seat.The restaurant manager came out of the service area with staff members and told my husband to move it straightaway- the food area is not conducive to disabled access , toilets are a distance away, food selection poor , staff attitude apart from one young lady clearing tables not customer aware, no interaction. Would not use again. Glasgow was welcoming, helpful and accessible.”
