“The range and quality of food is very average compared to your lounge in terminal 3. The limited food options were often empty with signs saying replenishing however this took an age. Reception staff are also less helpful.”

“We really enjoyed our visit, getting seats overlooking the airside, ambiance was very nice and calm just what you need before flying. Plenty of choice of drinks to suit everyone. Food was ok I prefer to snack rather than a full sit down meal. Will definately be looking to use this lounge again.”

“A special treat before our flight, however there could be more organisation when letting people choose their seat. Individuals spread out (feet up) on tables of 4/6-so then when we a booking of 3 had to go right to the back/corner and drag 2 tables together. I feel when booking in, they should be shown a table. Also, more option in food-doesn’t have to be big but more choice on little, picky things.”

“Executive lounges - Make travel what’s its supposed to be. Easy , Relaxing and effortless. The use of the lounges , brings you in from what can be a hectic pace of travel , to a calm environment where all the amenities of life are at your fingertips. Along with the odd gin & tonic or a rather nice Chardonnay.”

“The variety of snacks and drinks is very good. The staff are very happy and helpful and remove used crockery regularly, and the toilet facilities are cleaned regularly as well. The time spent in the comfort of the armchairs, sat at one of the tables or sat on a bar stool passes all too quickly and so before you know it is time to board.”

“Nice and quite and good , but small choice of food , although I’m vegan, so wasn’t much for me .. I had cereal, fruit and the lounge had soya milk. My friend was satisfied with her food as gave gad a previous lounge booking where the only hit good was baked beans”

“The staff were very pleasant and welcoming; the food on offer was updated on the website so no surprises. The drinks offer was ok, would have preferred a better quality whiskey but that aside would 100% visit the lounge again - the place was spotlessly clean.”
