“Although I made an online reservation the reception staff required a printed piece of paper for each of my group of 4 (which I didn’t have). Once inside, the lounge was understaffed and overcrowded. Used cups and plates everywhere. The food offering was meh. Skip it. Go to a resturant instead.”

“Regular use of this lounge once again. Draft soft drinks not working and took an hour to figure that gas was empty - I had suggested that was the sound/dispense it was making. Food regular and hot but counter area regularly left unstaffed. Lounge maintained clean and tidy and staff very pleasant.”

“Bought as a present, the recipients thoroughly enjoyed their experience. This as become a yearly visit to the lounge: start of their annual vacation!!”

“It was our first time using the lounge but definitely not the last, what a relaxing way to start your holiday. The only negative point would be that the lady at the front desk could have been happier and more welcoming, especially since we weren’t sure what we were doing, and there was always a que at the bar as when you went up there was nobody around to serve you.”

“Hi we recently booked a stay at the lounge but ad to cancel due to thomas cook collapse refund went smooth so we booked another hol and rebooted this lounge ave to say 5bstar all the way food was fab the place really clean drinks fab runway views just make overall a really gud experi ce and a gud way to relax before ur hol will be return nct ur when we have our nxt hol”

“Very dissapointed that when the lounge becomes busy even after booking you can be refused entry after a discussion my party of 3 was allowed in yet they closed the lounge and refused access to bookings, if they stop walk ups to lounge and took the people that booked then you would avoid this isssue, can’t fault food or drink however some of your staff at Glasgow need a lesson in customer service, basic manners and a personality as they are sadly lacking in all of the above”

“The concept of the lounge experience is good in that it offers you the opportunity to relax after a long flight particularly where there is a long layover. The Aspire lounge at Heathrow offered that. I found the food to be good with very tasty offerings for non meat eaters. The hostess was very welcoming and professional. The lounge itself should expand in size in order to accommodate the number of passengers and their luggage. It should also have its own restroom. I had to leave the lounge in order to use the nearest Terminal restroom. The cleaner for the lounge at that time was a bit surly and could benefit from some additional customer service training. Otherwise the experience was good.”

“You sold me a pass but at Montreal airport, Ididn't have access to the VIP lounge because my flight have a connection to Toronto for Iceland. Thanks that finally you pay me back.”
