“It was great to get a seat and relax before our flight. We had a coffee then a few drinks from the bar .A decent choice of breakfast. For us it's the only way to start our holidays in the lounge relaxing and chatting in a relaxing atmosphere.”

“The lounge was constantly being cleaned. Everyone who works there is cheerful and helpful. Toilets also very clean. Would always use the lounge when booking flights.”

“Worth every penny the lay was very good the food excellent and a nice choice of drinks really nice and relaxing will be booking again on my next trip to Cyprus 👍”

“Used this lounge on 9/10/19 Was dissatisfied with the behaviour of some groups who were loud, uncouth, shouting, banging on service counter to attract the attention of staff. Not want I expected from Aspire plus”

“arrived at lounge slightly late due to coustoms, once in , all went smoothly. having only an hour in lounge. food was nice and pleantifull, drinks where good, service was very good and it was a nice and relaxing atmosphere after the wait at coustoms. will definately use again.”

“Whist the Lounge was nice and the services good, the staff had allowed too many poeople in there were people standing as not enough seats, I had prebooked yet had to Queue in a very long queue of people that had not. Whist i understand that there is a business here, i do not feel it is acceptable for a customer to pay for lounge services in advance and receive nothing better than some food a drink for which you have to stand to eat in a space that is more crowded (per sq meter) that the main departures concourse its self, apoor show of the services available in Terminal 5 im afraid”

“Had to wait for a while for a seat but lounge, food and drink were excellent. Only downside was that the toilets couldn’t cope. Would recommend lounge to others”

“Relaxing atmosphere although a bit short on food & the replenishing of it. While drinks are included, definitely noticeable that the size of the drinks has reduced since previous visits.”

“Overcrowded. Food selection was dreadful and mostly empty. The meat dish had no meat in! Spoke to manager and did bring some more out eventually. Only good point was the excellent beer.”

“The lounge, facilities and food were all very good, the receptionist however was not very welcoming or friendly so first impressions were not so good.”

“We really enjoyed our visit - the lounge was clean & comfortable & food was always available, replenished & of good quality with plenty of variety to suit both our tastes. The staff were friendly, attentive & welcoming. We would highly recommend the lounge & we look forward to our next visit. Thank you.”

“Visited both the Aspire lounge and the American Airlines lounge on the same day. AA's lounge was definitely superior, as the food was better, the drinks access was better and it was more spacious.”
