“Facilities were dirty and in need of TLC Bar area restricted due to bar stools and other guests sitting there. Meaning not easy to access for beverages. Poor lay out of food areas. All very tight (lacked walk area) . Staff continually trying to replenish but area to small for size of lounge. Staff unprofessional at times - could hear arguing in kitchen from where we were seated.”

“Staff were friendly on arrival. Its not one of the best lounges i have been to but i think this was mainly down to the clientele (Package holiday makers going to Benidorm) who made a right mess and cleared out the food every time it was stocked. I'm not a big fan of the bar service as it should be self-service in a lounge. However given the clientele i think its the best option for the operator and other customers. I got my moneys worth but wasn't particularly blown away by the experience. It sits somewhere between poor and acceptable but i've gone for the higher score as the operator cannot pick and choose its customers”

“The food and drinks available were amazing and the service was great. The only let down was the lack of seats. We were on the verge of asking for a refund when two ladies said they were leaving. The person on the reception was still selling tickets to go in even though it was so busy and there were areas blocked off and out of use.”

“Food ordinary, long walk to have shower (hard to locate) only 1 cubicle and 1 urinal for males and only 2 cubicles for women. Not worth the money and poor value.”

“We booked the lounge to relax before a long flight. There wasn't much space left and the available seats were not very comfortable. Food choices not very good either. We will think twice about using the lounge again.”

“Yes, did provide a retreat from chaos of terminal but in itself was quite busy. Food selection is more limited than other lounge chains and drinks choice rather small. Was good, but with a couple of enhancements, i.e. more choice of food and drink would be excellent. Boys clearing tables were very pleasant and professional, whilst reception and bar staff were "frosty".”

“I visit the Aspire Lounge at Lpool John Lennon on every trip I make and I have never been Disappointed . It is very comfortable and the food available is really good always something hot to eat as well as the cold selection , Plenty of drinks selection too. Staff always friendly and helpful .i would highly recommend the Aspire lounges .”

“Decent lounge and pleased it's included with my Aspire annual membership. Not the biggest lounge as an odd shape due to location. Visited twice when busy and finding a seat can be tricky, but didn't have long to wait. Friendly staff and food and drink are nice. Also a shower £20 per use, which is good after a long flight waiting for next one.”

“Have used the Lounge a couple of times and can’t really fault it as it’s a pleasure to relax away from the crowds before you fly. We use it as an extension of our holiday really and to avoid the stresses of travel that sometimes can be challenging. My only quibble and it is tiny is that there were times when there wasn’t anyone behind the bar serving, last time using the lounge it was perfect.”

“First time in the executive lounge and certainly won’t be my last. Good selection of snacks, soup sandwiches and various drinks my only regret is I only managed to stay half a hour in it as was running late!”
