“I have alway used the Aspire lounge when travelling, but it did seem to go downhill a little, but I’m pleased to say on my first trip after the COVID restrictions were lifted it has greatly improved. There was certainly a vast improvement in the choice and quality of food on offer. Will definitely use the facilities again on my next trip.”

“This is the first time I have used this lounge in Heathrow. My personal option is... it is not as good as Manchester, very little choice for breakfast. No beans, tomatoes, which made breakfast dry. No mushrooms. No toast ! No Danish pastries. Or muffins. Also this Lounge was a little overcrowded too.”

“Payed £27 × 4 to start our holiday off. Food was cold and uneatable Due to a break down in the heating system as air conditioning was blowing cold. And could inside .Totally unacceptable. Should not have been open”

“Recently visited Edinburgh new Aspire lounge lovely area and great food. I would recommend you instal a tannoy system to hear flight announcements as we found ourselves running to departure gate as lost track of time.”
