“This is the first time I have used this lounge in Heathrow. My personal option is... it is not as good as Manchester, very little choice for breakfast. No beans, tomatoes, which made breakfast dry. No mushrooms. No toast ! No Danish pastries. Or muffins. Also this Lounge was a little overcrowded too.”

“Payed £27 × 4 to start our holiday off. Food was cold and uneatable Due to a break down in the heating system as air conditioning was blowing cold. And could inside .Totally unacceptable. Should not have been open”

“Recently visited Edinburgh new Aspire lounge lovely area and great food. I would recommend you instal a tannoy system to hear flight announcements as we found ourselves running to departure gate as lost track of time.”

“We were told that the Expire lounge was closed but we had been transferred to the Escape lounge and to take our original booking and we would be able to go in there. When we got to the lounge we were told we did not have a booking and we could not go in the lounge unless we paid £40 each at such short notice we felt we had no choice and to save further embarrassment in front of other people we paid the £80 but we are totally disgusted by the service and would not recommend it”
