“Very busy and staff eventually found us a seat. Although breakfast was finishing a very pleasant young lady said she would see if she could obtain one for us. She returned with two very nice breakfasts. Very customer focused staff.”

“Spotless lounge with great food. Told couldn’t check in till 1000 but it was empty when I arrived. Staff extremely friendly and one girl was excellent with an older gentleman.”

“Very poor crowded “space” - we asked for a refund as we could not get seats ( they were still selling access at the door) Suddenly they opened reserved space that we were told was closed to customers. Food was mediocre undercooked and tasteless even though we had too order online on arrival. Staff I felt could not cope with volume Not a patch on the quality that was there before lockdown Wrote to client service (again)but still no response”

“To be honest I was quite disappointed. It is the first time that we have used the lounge. There was a lack of cooked food and not much choice for the continental either. No atmosphere. On the plus side it was less stressful getting a drink and somewhere to sit.”
