The staff and service are excellent. Obviously due to the current situation there are slight changes which you are advised when booking. I always use the lounge given the opportunity. Good value for money and very comfortable.

Pretty poor for breakfast. Only allowed 1 small sausage or bacon bap. And the full english now only consists of 3 items of which we got no choice.

Great value for money. First time in the lounge and I think I will book it for every holiday we go on now.

Not up to standard of other lounges due to service. Very difficult to attract attention of staff who were mostly young and more interested in each other than guests. Felt awkward as if if we were a nuisance whenever we had to find someone to ask. Selection however was generally good just a shame service made it difficult to access.

Very disappointing… firstly the lounge is supposed to be open till 9pm as on google.. Also being Wednesday… We were firstly told after arriving in lounge at 6pm that it will close 6.30pm.. The attitude of staff was that they did not want anyone coming in.. Then we were told only 3 drinks are allowed? There was 4 of us.. Very very disappointing … will not be attending and will stick to Emirates lounge once open…Harjinder Mann

No 1 Lounge Gatwick - no information given about food options other than "breakfast" menu given on arrival, not told when the change over to the "lunch" menu would be made and that option would have been a better choice. Apart from that....pleasant lounge and assuming more choice when Covid leaves us. Being able to pour coffee for myself a bonus. Toilets need some maintenance attention, no hand towels available. Aspire Lounge Inverness - not much choice; egg mayonaisse or coronation chicken sandwich. Had to wait for drinks to be served by hostess, unable to choose biscuits or cakes myself. Unsure why different rules for each lounge. Staff in Inverness very, very nice. Again pleasant clean lounge.

Booked the lounge as was concerned that the airport might be crowded and thought the lounge would be more socially distanced. Very disappointed with the whole experience. We would have been better served to save our money and take a chance with getting more space in the airport. Food was not the greatest nor was the choice of drinks. All in all next time we will not bother to spend extra money when terminal five was adequate.

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful! So much of a shambles that I paid for 2 hours and only stayed 1 hour. Only 5 options on hot food order, 2 of them soup. Salad bowl not replenished. No cups for coffee. No cutlery. Staff more interested in chatting to each rather than working (at one point criticising other members of staff). Gentlemen delivering food to tables had his mask pulled down under his chin. Every table I saw being cleared was not cleaned before seating the next customer. A manager spoke to the lady behind the bar with so much venom that everyone around them was shocked. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

Massively overcrowded - no benefit to booking in advance as had to queue with everyone who hadn't before I could enter. Was shown table and then left to figure out how to order food, which never arrived. Was more stressful than just waiting by the gate!

A pleasant stay, that was Covid safe, reasonable menu and drinks available, with Wifi access and comfortable seating.

The food was a disgrace! You had to pay for Prosecco. Not too sure why when you can get wine inclusive. They had ham & cheese with crackers. No bread. I ordered mushroom soup. It was awful. No bread given. I asked for some and was told no! I wondered around for 5 minutes trying to find a seat to find numerous tables had reserved on them and I was told I couldn’t sit at one! Not too sure why? In the end I had to sit at one as there was no where else to sit. If you have paid to enter the lounge then you should be able to sit down!

I have alway used the Aspire lounge when travelling, but it did seem to go downhill a little, but I’m pleased to say on my first trip after the COVID restrictions were lifted it has greatly improved. There was certainly a vast improvement in the choice and quality of food on offer. Will definitely use the facilities again on my next trip.
