I booked the aspire lounge because the club rooms were closed. It was ok but I do prefer the club rooms. Still worth the money not to be in the main airport

First time in an airport lounge , (Heathrow aspire ) not a great first impression. I know there are covid restrictions but this has been used to serve up poor choice of food and snacks . The customer service was non existent . The only plus was the price but I am told other lounges are priced similar but you get twice the value .Improve,ent required quickly

The staff were fabulous and friendly. Great service. Food options are a little limited if you don't want a full English breakfast. Preferred the lounge when it was upstairs and had windows with a view of the airport.

I was disappointed to see that the lounge was very crowded and it was difficult to find a place to sit. Particularly given the Covid situation, it was impossible to be spaced out. Customers were walking around the lounge with no mask and no staff were reinforcing safety measures. Indeed, some staff were wearing masks below their noses. The buffet was open and some customers were using their bare hands to take food, again with no intervention by staff. The floor was not clean, tables needed wiping, and all in all cleanliness was not good. We stayed in the lounge for an hour hoping it would improve but it didn’t, so we left. We’re due to travel again today and will be spending 5 hours waiting in Schipol for our next flight. We will not be using the Executive Lounge. The only reason I’m awarding two stars is because I was able to have a coffee before I left.

Plenty of choice and kept well stocked. Staff were lovely but could maybe do with more staff to clear tables quicker.

At first we’re told we could not use the lounge even though it was booked 3 months ago ! The service was very poor considering there was less that ten people in the lounge when we arrived !

Early morning visit - so pleasantly quite.. good coffee. Limit selection of buffet items , but fresh. Table service for the full breakfast, it was on the small side but big enough for me. Enjoyed my visit

To get a full breakfast you have to order everything separately which means you end up eating a lot of bread because everything is on toast or in a bap. You have to leave to use the restroom. The questions below don't make sense as they are about a delivery not an airport line.

Arrived 17.45,no hot food-was replenished,limited choice of both hot and cold food.Basic gin on offer plus one other basic flavoured gin.Red or white wine-no choice on type,only colour.Having used aspire plus-was not available,no comparison.Lounge very dated and dull.

The receptionist was not friendly or welcoming she was not au fait with the paperwork so we were stood for a short while as she struggled to book us in not a good start the rest of the stay was fine but we prefer the child free area this was not available at this time

The bottom fell out of a glass that i was drinking out of, soaked me through, just as i was about to get on an 8hr flight, apart from letting me in the shower room to dry myself with an hairdryer dryer the management staff were the worst I've come across anywhere in the world,

The food (breakfast rolls) was very poor. A dry roll with one sausage cut in half & another with one slice of bacon does not compare to previous lounges we have attended. There was no breakfast tea available - in fact, the only choice of tea was Earl Gray. There were no small dessert spoons to eat the yoghurt/granola offerings. Overall very disappointing & by far the worst lounge we have visited.
