“The lounge was nice and clean. There was a small selection of hot food available which was nice and also salad and other cold items which looked a bit dried out. There were staff floating around but at a few times there didn’t seem to be anyone around at the bar when people were wanting to order drinks. Overall it was nice but would have enjoyed a bigger selection of foods.”

“The lounge in T2 was a great experience and an excellent start to our holiday. I’d highly recommend doing it to friends and family; the service was second to none”

“I regularly visit either Aspire or No.1 at Edinburgh airport. I recent months, Aspire has deteriorated in all aspects - choice, selection, number of staff, cleanliness. Aspire must do better as it will be No.1 for me from now on!!”

“This was an experience I would not wish to repeat in the future. I have not offered any stars as I feel even one would be over complimenting the service provided. The initial contact was very rude and I feel that in that specific line of work your staff should be trained to be pleasant and professional no matter what type of day they are having. The lounge was over crowded and a large section was fenced off for Singapore airlines. I heard various complaints ranging from level of food available to staffs attitude. Frankly I feel that your need to rethink your training protocols and ensure the lounges are fully stocked.”

“Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed before a long 9 hour flight. Was impressed with the layout of the lounge and how well they do it. Thanks Manchester for lovely visit and will definitely see you again :)”

“I'm afraid I was not impressed with the lounge at LGW North. Breakfast stopped before 11.00am and lunch did not appear for quite some time. As a tour operator and having used many lounges I found this one not to be up to par. Most of the staff, with the exception of one, had a bit of an attitude.”

“Cannot review as there was a change in flights and I was unable to take advantage of the lounge in Johannesburg. The review did not permit me to give no stars or a N/A option. The acceptable option is random.”

“Reception staff could be more friendly upon arrival. There was almost nowhere to sit when i first arrived which was frustrating. After an hour i was finally able to find a nice place to sit which drastically improved my overall experience. Food was nice & i enjoyed having a drink from the bar. Shower was worth the extra fee also.”

“Food and Bar service/choice was very good however the lounge was FAR too small for the service it wishes to provide. We got there at 6.20 and we struggled to get a seat and table for the two of us. By 7 o clock there was a queue for people to sit down. The most irritating part of this was there was a section cordoned off for Singapore Airlines which was completely empty and the flights didn't leave until much later in the day. Eventually people had to be moved in there just to accommodate the bookings. Clearly this lounge needs to reduce its booking capacity as it was not a relaxing stay at all. As I say the food however was very good and drinks were very nice with a good range of choices. Staff were excellent as well despite the problems they were calm and resolved everything quickly.”

“The staff were super accommodating, the food was of good quality and very fresh, replenished and varied. The seating areas were clean and constantly tended and I was very much interested in the history and information graphics on show about the history and vegetation of Jamacia... very nice touch! Will use you again for sure!”

“The staff were very nice and accommodating. The lounge was lovely The only criticism is that we had to keep asking for various food items.. E.g. there was bacon but no bread rolls, then there would be bread rolls but no bacon etc”
