No working wifi and extremely poor food choices

Perfect way to start our holiday. Reception was quick and easy with everything explained to us. Comfortable seating and pleasant atmosphere. Food quality and choice was very good. Staff were friendly, efficient and visible at all times. We would certainly use this lounge again.

The lounge was closed again so my booking was cancelled. The opening of the lounge keeps shifting to the right all of the time.

Cannot actually write a review on the Aspire Lounge as they decided 2 days before our travel date to open at 9.45am and we were booked for 7.45am so we were cancelled. So wasn’t entirely impressed with their casual email at late notice. You are either open or shut not choose when your busy times are as we all pay the same money. I will say the money was paid back into my account in a timely manner. But I would probably think twice about booking them again

Great experience until a rat ran across the room in front of me. I informed the hostess who didn't seem too bothered by this.

The lounge was comfortable and had the necessary amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. On the catering side, I think when the lounge is busy, there should be more food available on the buffet instead of having to keep topping up the dishes every few minutes.

I was delighted with this lounge as the I think when you look at the name of the lounge you could interpret this lounge as a bulk standard service where in fact it was better than British airways first class at heathrow airport ! Properly hot cooked hot food , excellent staff service position above Mc Donald’s at Dubai airport T3, extremely excellent value for money

We were supposed to be using the lounge last September and this December but due to covid it was not to go ahead. I must say I am impressed that they have allowed me to move dates when holidays have been cancelled with ease. I love the lounge as it's a relaxing start to our holiday and use them every time I go away well worth the money

Accessing the lounge made our long layover fly by. The decor and food selection was great, will definitely be visiting again.

I’m a frequent flyer and registered disabled so I always use the lounges for convenience and safety. The staff are very helpful and do their jobs with a smile. Choice of food is better at breakfast time than at lunchtime
