Staff at front desk were nice and accommodating and WiFi was good. food was low quality and presented poorly. Staff were very inefficient as we weren't allowed to order ourselves so had to wait to be served but staff were mostly busy chatting and ignoring customers. Also very bad communication between some staff and sometimes shouting at each other. Wouldn't pay to come again.

Entrance is always easy with excellent reception staff helping and informing you. The lounge is well set out with plenty of nice seating and tables. The food on offer is of a good quality and is refreshed regularly. The variety of beverages offered are excellent. The staff service is very good. I highly recommend the use of this lounge.

staff were kind and courteous , the place was busy and operating differently due to the covid stuff, but definitely beat sitting outside on uncomfortble benches watching the screens and eating food from the vending machine, free wifi was nice too

What a shambles. We had for an evening flight, we booked the lounge 6pm-8pm as on booking the gentleman said the lounge closes at 8pm. .arriving at 5:55pm we was informed by the lady just leaving that the lounge was now closed , it was now closing at 5pm, no lounge, no email or messages prior to arrival and no money back, what a disgrace, emailed the company but 2 weeks later we still have no reply

It is 12 months since our last visit to the airport lounge due to COVID-19 holiday cancellations and the lounge being temporarily closed. On our last visit the lounge was clean and the staff efficient and friendly. However the seating is uncomfortable in the main part of the lounge and always a restrictions on the use of the more comfortable seating area.

Plenty of refreshments to choose from, replenished regularly. Comfortable seating, clean and relaxing. I felt I was able to start my holiday as soon as I walked into the lounge, thank you !

Wasn’t open, shut before we traveled although in fairness altered my dates for future travel.

Dee where unable to use the aspire lounge due to our travel to adu Dhabi did not go ahead yet you still charged us for the privilege of not using the lounge facility We do use this facility every time we travel and always find the staff pleasant and discreet it’s a great place to relax
