“Food wasn’t great and I had paid for shower but left and got my money back because they weren’t the best! Drinks being free was the only plus as they hadn’t really followed distance rules”

“The lounge is comfortable and the staff are very helpful. What definitely lets it down is the food. The cooked breakfast was inedible. This is because there are no cookers (because of fire regulations, we were told)!? The staff did offer us alternatives but they weren't what we wanted.”

“Service was extremely poor, had to make the same order multiple times as the staff kept forgetting our order. No food for our children, even the crisps were chilli flavour. Waited over 40 mins for our drinks. Overall very poor and you can only make so many excuses for Covid. Very disappointed .”

“Clean and comfortable. Plenty of drink and snack options. Courteous and professional staff. Convenient location for passing time before a flight, particularly during COVID when trying to avoid large crowds. I hope the lounge can work with the check in counter to allow people with long layovers to stay longer than the 3 hours prior to flight. We had a 6 hour layover at JKIA (in transit from Mombasa to Doha) but because the check in counters didn't open until 3 hours prior to flight, we were stuck just sitting on the first floor of the airport with no wi-fi until after check in where we could then head upstairs to the lounge.”

“We really do enjoy our stay in the executive lounges as it is comfortable clean relaxing place to be before your flight.The staff from booking to arrival in the lounge are helpful warm and friendly.we have never had any problems whatsoever.”

“As my flight was cancelled with 3 hours notice, I was unable to go to the airport or make use of the lounge. However, no one from the lounge bothered to get it touch about my no show, let alone offer me a refund. Unacceptable customer service.”
