Although I will concede that we are all currently living in VERY strange times, my recent experience at the Lounge was exceedingly disappointing. We arrived at the lounge very late, due to a huge queue at check in for our flight. The queue was particularly large because the staff were checking in passengers for FOUR different flights, two of which were about to commence boarding. There were only three staff working. The Lounge receptionist was not very polite or helpful, and we finally arrived at a dirty table with only around 45 minutes of 'lounge' time available. Then there were only TWO waitresses, and it was impossible for them to cater to all the lounge patrons. Suffice to say, many people became frustrated, and tried to 'help themselves' to drinks and snacks. We waited patiently for our service, and were rewarded with cold, unappetising food, served with very little care and attention. I can say that our lounge experiences have been very good in the past.

really poor. no boddingtons, no hieneken, food was cold and of a very poor standard. the only good thing was the waitress who tried.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Well spaced out seating during the covid crisis. All at a reasonable price. The only criticism i would have is that most of the food is flour or bread based. An enjoyable stay and i will use it again.

Having been to the Glasgow Lounge last month we weren't expecting much but we were absolutely delighted with the Lounge great service from Lyn couldn't do enough for us we are booked again for the 14th November absolutely great.

Enjoyable and relaxing time in the lounge before my flight. Received a warm welcome and all set up well considering covid and restrictions etc. Table service was swift and regular and good selection of food and drink. Staff were all super friendly to top it off.

Excellent friendly and very welcoming. We were well looked after during these very difficult times. While I like to look what is on offer I do understand this is was not possible, however the staff were always on hand and checking if we needed anything at the same time keeping everything clear, clean and sanitised. Busy and always with a smile on their face. Well done to the staff.

It was very busy and we waited quite a long time to be served but when the lady came , she was wonderful and did everything she could to make out stay comfortable especially as my granddaughter has coeliac disease so it is difficult to find food for her . Top quality service , good tasty food and snacks and a relaxing stay . Thank you

On arrival, there was nobody at reception to greet guests. After checking in, I waited at a table for more than 10 minutes before anyone appeared to take my order. During this time there were no staff to be seen in the lounge then 4 appeared all at once. I had to ask if anyone was serving. After this, the service was good. Menu choices were limited due to covid restrictions. Not my best experience of airport lounges
