“Staff were lovely and pleasant but the restrictions with Covid 19 have made the experience a disappointment. Choice of menu also very very limited. Definitely not worth the money.”

“Very welcoming staff, beautiful ambience. I was there around lunch time and ordered an Indian curry with red wine. Good wine and good food ! They are observing the rules of social distancing. Look forward to using the lounge again.”

“Service was excellent, staff efficient and polite. The reason for the low mark was because the snack of cheese and crackers was very disappointing. The cheese had no taste whatsoever. However the cocktails were very tasty, everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. Would use it again. Thank you”

“It was very good Covid restrictions made things slower due to everything having to be ordered and delivered to your table as no self service , but under the circumstances it was all good and food and drinks were good as usual . Staff were really helpful and so pleasant even when under pressure ,”

“As always the lounge in Nairobi is clean and welcoming. The staff are always eager to help and have a laugh with us, when traveling through the airport. I probably visit Kenya 5 or 6 times a year and always use this lounge. The only reason it doesn’t get full marks, is due to its size. It can be sold out very easily, forcing you to try and find another lounge (not as nice). And with the current CV19 restrictions, it has even less capacity. Keep up the good work guys, see you in a couple of weeks”
