“Lovely staff, good selection of food and drink and comfortable surroundings. Very happy with the new Terminal 2 Lounge. Far better than the previous one. We will always look to book here in future.”

“Het is vreemd dat als je vooraf boekt, je vlucht nummer en naam doorgeeft, je de enige gast bent (echt niemand anders) dat men dan bijzonder uitgebreid vraagt naar je vlucht nummer en naam. Driedubbel checkt en het vervolgens op een veredeld toiletpapiertje noteert. Aanbod van voedsel en drank haalt het royaal niet bij andere lounges waar ik geweest ben. Blijkbaar was er eerder op de dag nog 1 gast geweest. Het was duidelijk dat het afval (theezakje ed) er al lang lag. Gezien de “drukte” had dit toch al lang schoongemaakt kunnen zijn. Ik kom graag in een lounge. Hou van de rust, wat kunnen werken en eten en drinken maar Eindhoven is absoluut geen aanrader”

“Package sold wasn’t available. Given one glass of champagne instead of expected bottle of Prosecco. Staff rude, poor English. Some food excellent, other inedible. Pretty grim all around. Waste of money.”

“Confirmation email stated we can get into the lounge 4.30 but it didn’t open until 5.. we then only had 15/20 minutes to get checked in, order and eat/drink. Not the relaxed start to our holiday that we wanted from booking the lounge. Bacon roll - under cooked, and extremely dry Sausage roll - again dry! Drinks came quickly except the waiter didn’t know which table was which. Which happened a couple of times to others as well.”

“Nice place to wait for a flight, sadly spoilt by noising children! This is not an environment for children, they need somewhere to run around and play before a flight. The staff were very helpful and all in all a good stop off.”

“The worst lounge I’ve ever visited. The only food offering was stale toastie’s that crumbled when touched. Service was non existence as the staff looked as if they couldn’t care less!”

“This was a very poor experience and I would avoid paying for this at all costs. We had reserved ahead of our departure (by a week) and yet when we turned up we had to wait until a table was free. They were accepting so many walk-ins. The breakfast we ordered was disgusting and inedible. And as for a peaceful and quiet environment this was non existent. Don't waste your money.”

“The lounge itself was fine and the food and drinks were good. The slight niggle is getting in!! We had prepaid and fortunately towards the front of the queue. It did however take 15 minutes to check in the 3 families that were in front of us. By the end, the queue was massive!”
