Our hostess was really lovely and could not do enough for us. However, when making the booking online I paid extra for 2 glasses of Prosecco. According to staff in the lounge there was no record of this despite me being charged. I therefore had to pay again. Will wait until I am in the lounge in future to order drinks.

You cancelled it it did not happen so why are you sending me a review. I am now on holiday and before I went you did not even have the courtesy to reply to the fact j wanted to change the booking you cancelled to next year. If I could give you a minus 20 this year I would.

We had a very pleasant stay at the lounge prior to a long haul flight. The food was fresh and the service was swift and speedy. The staff were most welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

Sorry can't give you a review. We never visited your lounge. We had booked Liverpool Airport Lounge to be told it was not open We are still waiting for our refund!!!!!

All there was to eat hot was either a bacon or sausage bap. Coffee was disgusting. I won't be visiting this lounge again or paying the extremely high price for such a small menu.

Nearly didn't get in on time as there was a long queue of people trying to get in who hadn't pre-booked. Neraly didn't find a seat once I did get in. Also, it was 11am and the only vegetarian food available was curry which seemed a bit strange there was no breakfast option. Comfy chairs though. So, overall, it was OK but I wouldn't rush back.

Nice lounge and a simple serve at table process has been implemented. However on my stay staff completely forgot to bring items ordered despite not being very busy at all. Really disappointing considering the rate paid for access. I used the lounge for business travel, however the wi-fi was not working making business calls all the more difficult.

Not worth the expense. Despite having Dragon Passes I had to pay £50 for entry. When we logged in to the lounges website to order food, one of the options for method of entry was Dragon Pass. Rip off.

We were booked in to Aspire Manchester. About two weeks prior to our visit, I received an email stating that the Lounge would not be opening for our visit. Due mainly (I think) to low numbers because of Covid. However, we were asked to proceed to the Escape Lounge. We duly booked in with no problems and we’re escorted to our table by excellent staff. The food was fresh and piping hot with good options. The staff were very attentive and made our stay a most comfortable experience. Thankyou. Bob Lawton, Co. Durham.

Staff at Inverness lounge were absolutely lovely and helpful - they made me feel very welcome and I can't praise them highly enough! The lounge itself was very comfortable. My only complaint was that the lounge wifi did not work. It seemed that this was a known and 'accepted' problem. I was advised to connect to the main airport wifi, which didn't work too well either. While this wasn't a huge issue for me, it could have been really inconvenient for someone who had work to do, and I expected more from a lounge. I understand that technical problems happen but I'd expect

We only had an hour to enjoy the lounge after long queues at check in but we were greeted, order taken quickly and got a hot drink and hot cooked english breakfast pretty swiftly. It was just after 5am, nice and quiet and clean. Would definitely book again, be nicer to help ourselves than order from a set smaller menu due to covid but understand right now!

Unfortunately when we visited the small lounge at Terminal 5 it was very busy and it was hard to find a seat. We were a party of 4 with a baby and it was extremely hard to sit together plus a pushchair. Others were actually sitting on the floor. The table was low and very difficult to eat at. Some of the drinks machines were not working well and there was no decaffeinated tea available. The orange juice was very watery and unpleasant to drink. The food arrived promptly but I did not enjoy my food, which was bland and not very warm.
