“Reception service was poor. The requested reserved table wasn’t actioned. The reception stated it wasn’t possible to reserve tables, yet many tables had “reserved” signs on them. The pre ordered drinks weren’t available. We are yet to be refunded for this.”

“As executive lounges go, Aspire at Luton airport is lacking. The full English breakfast was just enough to feed a child, definitely not adult size. Served warm rather than hot. Coffee was instant rather than filter/pod. Prosecco or champagne is not included in the price. On the plus side it was quiet, there were plenty of power points for charging devices, staff were friendly, toilets clean.”

“I will put it down to the fact that we used the lounge at 6.00 am, but I felt we were left to search for drinks and ask for glasses. The full English breakfast was served on a side plate with no choice of eggs and the scones had been heated up in the microwave, making them rubbery and virtually inedible. If you are looking for a wider choice of food and are happy to sit in a restaurant the lounge won't be for you.”

“We were a bit disappointed the full english breakfast came in a box so it resembled something you would get from a catering van beside the road! The hot sandwiches were delivered on a plate as we noticed but apart from that,nice staff,decor was well used odd light was flashing(silly little maintenance things really) Expected better. Kind Regards MR&MRS Hoyland”

“The lounge due to covid was really awful, it took ages to get my extremely small breakfast and was only allowed one alcoholic beverage. I understand that this is due to covid but my advice would be to scrap the lounge untill all rules are lifted. It's not worth the price. (I normally love the lounge and think it's great value for money and very relaxing)”

“It was a quiet oasis from the bustle of the airport. I wish there was a place in the bathroom to set a cosmetic bag to brush teeth, etc. I also wish the showers had been in service.”
