The lounge was unclean. The food options were non-existent. There was a apple or a banana and little to no buffet cold or hot. The drinks were OK.

There were two choices of food . No snacks other than a bag of crisps. No side dishes salads etc . No cheese and crackers . It was rather poor . I also gave the attendant my phone to scan for my loyalty rewards and he didn’t do it properly and I have not gained any .

Staff were really friendly from the greeting to the bar service and we saw that they even alerted some passengers about their flights boarding. A pity it closed when it did as we had another hour in the airport!!

I was pleased with executive lounges as they told me the truth about the south lounge at Birmingham being closed, whereas holiday extras just told me it was fully booked. All went very smoothly in these difficult times and I will definitely book with them again

Very disappointing. Breakfast was on a child sized plate. Couldn't sit in the comfortable seats after breakfast as they were all "booked". Had a small (very) glass of awful wine. Definitely not worth the money. Staff very efficient though.

Was a lot better when you could get your own food and drinks. Now it’s table service only it’s not quite as special. Still very comfortable though and much better than sitting in the main airport.

I cannot review the Aspire plus lounge as YOU cancelled the booking one week before I travelled. I’m waiting for some form of recompense.. But I won’t hold my breath.

Slow service at times and due to current checkin procedure we only had 1 hour in the lounge not really worth the money. Lovely food and staff, friendly and attentive would have liked more time

Heathrow Terminal 5 - Not good value at all, seating was not particularly comfortable, and the tables were tiny. In hindsight we would have been better off in one of the restaurants in the terminal. The Gatwick one we visited a couple of years felt like a treat, this one felt like a rip-off!

Enjoyed the visit at Luton Aspire Lounge before our holiday to Corfu. Staff were very friendly and efficient and food was great. All in all worth the money for a couple of hours peace and quiet and a hot breakfast before we flew.

A warm welcome to comfortable surroundings. Staff great, food surpassed my expectations and the beverages similarly excellent. Only slight downside was the occasional drop in wi-fi but I'm sure this was outside the control of the lounge. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
