Booked and paid for visit at London Luton Airport only to be informed on arrival that the lounge was closed. Have reported to Executive Lounges but still waiting for response to my email and refund.

As we travel normally four times a year from Newcastle, we always book the Executive Lounge what ever time our flight is scheduled. The staff are very efficient and invariably welcoming. The refreshments are fresh and good quality, with a decent range available.Covid precautions are adhered to and have not really impacted a great deal to the time spent in the lounge.The only reason I have not given a five-star revue is the fact it was very cold the last time we visited.The AC must have been set to Arctic.We were not the only visitors who commented on this, but it will not stop further booking for future trips as we are usually happy with our experience in this Lounge.

Took payment then cancelled two days before our holiday , have emailed and called still no refund . They have also taken a booking from my daughter and done exactly the same . Disgusting company .

Absolutely awful!! We turned up for our booking at Gatwick airport at 11.15 only to find that the lounge closed at 09.30!! I emailed the customer services on the 26th August and to date, the 8th September, I am still awaiting a response!! If I treated my customers like this I would already be out of business!!

Booked for my son as he had a long flight ahead and it was the first time travelling alone but he never made his lounge appt due to a mess up in travelling from Manchester with BA to checking in with American Airlines. Very disappointed - should be able to get a refund

Food ok, cooked breakfast piled onto tiny plates so therefore not presented nice. Staff absolutely lovely and friendly. Lounge immaculate and clean.

We arrived at the airport to a delayed check-in at the tui desk , then we were told the lounge was not open but to check upstairs , asked 2 more staff who had to call a manager . We were then told it wasn’t opening until 5 more mins so take our time . When we got there it clearly had been open for a while . We ordered a breakfast then waited for an hour then had to ask if the kitchen was busy , we had been forgotten about . After that we felt totally rushed and were offered a glass of Prosecco which we declined as we didn’t have time . Not all to do with the lounge but TUI we’re at fault also as no staff when we arrived only 1 who spent 30 mins dealing with another customer then rang for backup .

Visited at opening time, so very quiet, though very few staff and setting up still in process. Simple breakfast served, pretty good though small in size. Complimentary Drinks and Purchased Drinks also consumed.

Not one clean table. Had to clean our own table. Not Covid friendly. Vegetarian sausages inedible. Not worth the money and wouldn’t book again

I was unaware when I booked there would be a lack of food options available. My son and I were extremely disappointed. No bread, no toast, no pastries, no vegetarian options for the full english. If I had known, I would not have booked the lounge.

Poor experience overall, minimal food and beverage choices with tiny portions, no external view at all or atmosphere. Stayed only 15 minutes preferring the airport restaurant areas, a first for us as regular lounge users.
