It was a great experience. The staff were very warm and helpful and the range of meals was superb. I will definitely come back.

The lounge is located in a peace & quiet area of AMS Schiphol. Variety of food & drinks is good, but basic. Overall a good pay-off for 30€.

The lounge was not open and I have emailed numerous times to get a refund and no one has replied and no one is answering any calls- appalling service

The lounge was clean and quiet. The staff were unhelpful and seemed rather annoyed at being there. They ran out of ALL Vodka Food was extremely basic, cold and they ran out of egg at 7am and advised us they were waiting on a delivery so there would be no more that day. After 2 of our party contracted COVID two days before departure, I received a full refunded for these two from TUI and contacted Executive lounges to arrange a refund. I had to chase 3 times, to be told that they think 5 people (4 actually did) checked into the lounge. I’m still chasing 3 weeks later for 1 persons refund despite offering copious evidence. Poor service, I will not return.

Supposed to be in Upperdeck but it was closed. Noone told us. A barsteward from another bar told us to go to the other lounge. We went there, Didn't get a clean table and not a lot to eat, but staff were lovely

Pleasant experience in Luton Airport lounge, clean, comfortable adequate breakfast choices. Would definitely recommend especially during these COVID times as was reassuringly clean and of course so much more comfortable than the general public areas of the airport at the moment.

We were extremely disappointed as due to such long crazy queues at the airport we did not get to the lounge. We only just made our flight. Would we be eligible for a refund please?

Long waiting times, very small and crowded, food menu disappointing. Probably wouldn’t use again. The only saving grace it was a little quieter than the terminal.
