“The majority of Staff were lovely and friendly. Couple of Staff appeared a little bit miserable. I thought the Food would have been better I understand with COVID things are limited but the choice of cooked food was not that good. Very crispy Bacon, Scrambled Eggs no other choice, Tomatoes and Beans. No Toaster so Bread only. No Butter only waxy Flora Patties. No individual jam/ marmalade portions. The Fruit, Cereals, Danish Pastries were nice. Choice of Hot Drinks was good but one of the Cold Drinks machine wasn't working. Asked at the Bar for a Tia Maria to be told that's not included in the price. We had actually paid to go into the Aspire Lounge and it was changed due to them not being open but never received any refund difference for inconvenience I'm also aware the Escape Lounge is Cheaper. I don't think we will be going in the Lounge again except if we go from Liverpool as there Lounge was excellent.”

“Not all of the tea/ coffee making facilities were available and a very poor selection of hot food. No toilets within the lounge area also. Have been to the one at Gatwick and was much better.”

“It was really terrible. Nothing available on food apart from sausages and beans. No bread either. It was not even apologised for. Very disappointing, we were even going to go again on our next trip in 8 days but have completely decided against it and recommending it.”

“Food was cold and very basic, one coffee machine not working. When we asked for brown sauce they said they will bring it to us but never did. Also it was very busy in the lounge and lots of the nice tables were reserved. We always use lounges but will not return to this one as it was way lower than any other I have visited in terms of service and quality. One positive was the lady on the main reception as you enter the lounge, she had great customer service and was professional the other staff seemed very disinterested and unhappy.”

“Aspire Lounge Manchester T1 Unfortunatley due to airline checkin desks opening only 2 hours before departure (1hr of your 3 hrs gone already. Follow this with a slow checkin procedure and then followed by a slow security procedure, at least a further 1hr has elapsed. On my last visit, I arrived in the lounge with a bare 30 mins before boarding. A rushed breakfast and a drink can hardly be classed as good value for money at £26 per head and it certainly is not a smooth and relaxing experience before your flight.”
