“We always use the lounges when heading in holiday but extremely disappointed on this occasion. Our gate did not open until late, had half hour in lounge. For £90 I’d expect more given all the additional charges to go on holiday. Made a complaint to the lounge it took a week for someone to reply to basically say it was my fault for not checking….very poor response. Extremely disappointed, that was the most expensive round of drinks I’ve paid for”

“We visited the lounge at Terminal 5 September 5th. It was appx. 12 noon . The choice of menu was appalling. 3 soups including a goulash dish and a cauliflower curry the latter of which should have been served with a naan bread but they didn’t have any. Just a strange choice of food ; limp salads and scones and jam to finish. Food not that popular given the 1/2 full dishes of food left over . The seating is very uncomfortable. The tables are too low so you end up holding your bowl of food cupped under your chin. British Airways for me next time I’m afraid to say. I bet you don’t reply ....”

“I sent a message for the amendment (request #207566) but there was no response. There was no clear instruction where the lounge is too. The staff of the airport doesn't even know what and where "pier A" (as indicated in the Executive Lounges instructions) is. I will not recommend executive lounges to friends and family.”

“The lounge itself is fine and was clean and tidy. The food was average and unfortunately the rolls for sausage / bacon were very poor quality, (they fell apart). There were no pint glasses available for beer.”
