“I visited Aspire T5 on a Saturday afternoon. While this is a very small and busy lounge, I quickly found a seat with a table. Staff were helpful and while the food selection wasn't huge, it was being 'refreshed' in good time. Access to delicious scones was a plus. The lounge could benefit from having a departures screen, and I had to leave to use the bathroom, but otherwise a comfortable enough stay, away from the noise and bustle of T5.”

“A lovely relaxed environment, the staff are very friendly, the only slight downside, was the food, it was supposed to be a hot/warm breakfast but the food was cold but apart from that it was a lovely experience”

“Unfortunately our flight was cancelled so was unable to go into lounge but contacted executive lounges and was refunded immediately Excellent customer service. I usually book into aspire if flights are mid morning/ afternoon and it's excellent value for money .Definitely book through yous again”

“First time using the lounge and definitely won't be my last. Food is nice enough and was constantly replenished. Lots of choice of drinks. Comfortable seating. Quiet and relaxing start to holiday. Only a small complaint is it could have been warmer, we were there when it has been snowing and it felt like they had put the air con on. But overall excellent value for money”

“Everything about and in the lounge was very good except for the tv screens showing flight information. Our flight, KL566, was due to leave at 2359, the flight information on the screens only went up to departures at 2350. It would have been nice to see the gate opening, flight details and gate closing times for our flight. Minor point I know but important I think.”

“Had a lot of problems to access the lounge, as the staff had problems finding or identifying our booking. The whole experience made me feel quite embarrassed as we were being disapproving looks. I was asked to produce and forward my receipt email, i complied, but was told that after forwarding the email several times, that they didn’t receive it. Having reviewed many lounges around the world, I found this quite limited in its food and general ambiance. I found the staff generally very attentive.”

“Found the lounge overcrowded and very difficult to find a seat. Eventually was given a seat by a young man at the work station. Food was not great and we decided we would not bother the next time.”

“All bread and pastries were stale as if they were the day befores. No eggs. A bowl of bruised unactractive apples (2) and some ropey oranges. Coffee luke warm. Staff unhelpful. Waste of money. Won't be using this lounge again or other aspire lounges.”
