“Always book into the lounge before our holiday, lovely relaxed atmosphere, takes the stress out of your time in the airport . The food and drink on offer are always readily available .Staff are always extremely polite and very helpful .”

“Staff are so friendly very comfy seats good selection of food and drinks i have recommended the vip to anyone travelling as its the start of your holiday and it saves you a fortune while relaxing i always boom with every flight i do”

“On the whole I think the lounges are good. It's a nice place to sit whilst waiting for our flight. Great to enjoy quality complimentary drinks. My only slight negative would be to say that the food could be better!”

“Excellent service from the moment we arrived. Wasn't the biggest of lounges but this was partly due to a seating area being roped off for Singapore Airline passengers. We arrived about 7am so the food on offer was mainly sausage and /or bacon barms. Drinks exce!!ent. Would definitely recommend.”

“Very enjoyable stay. Excellent choice of drinks and food. Comfortable seating lots of charging points, good WiFi connection and choice of newspapers and magazines. Staff very attentive, polite and helpful. Would recommend to anyone passing through Gatwick North terminal.”

“As a regular user of the Aspire/Executive Lounge at Amsterdam we can highly recommend both the reception and lounge staff.They are excellent. The variety of food, beverages and drinks are more than ample. Seats are most comfortable and Wi Fi is excellent. Overall the peace and quiet and facilities are most welcome between flights.”

“There had been a load of passengers come through from Bristol due to adverse weather conditions meaning there was no food at all. Nothing to eat - it was totally cleared out. Terrible terrible service, not worth it at all for a couple of coffees”

“The experience was good just there were only two woman for the whole of the lounge and it was quite busy and one of the ladies was a little rude to a few customers at the bar , the food wasn’t great and there wasn’t much out we would come back definitely we had a good time I just think if they had more staff we would have had a better experience , customers were waiting 5 minutes for a drink because they were making food or checking new customers in”

“We got to the lounge in terminal 2 at 8.15am ...then I realised I’ve booked us in to the lounge in terminal one by mistake the staff were brilliant as it was packed out at that time told us to give it 30 mins come back and they would try to fit us in. True to there word.went back and there was space for us.they Could Not have done more for us. Sat down to Bacon egg beans ....holiday got of to a good start 5 stars for the staff ...Peter and karen”

“This was the first time we have used the executive lounge. It was a Christmas present from our son. It was really wonderful to use it. However when we got there it was very crowded but that soon changed. It was lovely to sit and relax and would probably use again before going on a long haul flight. However one thing I was disappointed in was the breakfast. Especially the cooked one just bacon sausage beans and scrambled egg. I mean no tomatoes mushroom or hash browns. No toast Also very little fruit.”

“On arrival we were on the list at 4.30 not 7am as requested. We were admitted eventually. It was cramped and busy while the Singapore section was roped off and empty while we were there. Very disappointed, not a relaxed start to our holiday at all.”
