“Even tho there was better alcohol in here I found that the staff was rude left my luggage in there didn't know I wasn't allowed she told me she would call security on me if I done it again found her quit rude if I'm honest”

We are disappointed to hear of your experience, I will certainly pass your comments over to the lounge manager to speak with staff, With it being an airport and security and safety is high priority within the airport and our staff do need to be vigilant around items left within the lounge, However this should of been done in a more professional way. “After reading reviews about this lounge, decided to make a booking for the Aspire Lounge. I think “Aspire” is the operative word here. They should Aspire to do better! The MCC. Was good. The food was abismal. The carpets are filthy. Quite honestly it was not worth the money!”

“The breakfast offering at T1 Manchester was disgusting. Poor quality and cold. The child-free area was not child-free. Staff pleasant and helpful. Zurich lounge was much better.”

“We have used the suite in Manchester before we used Liverpool and it did not compare despite it being the same cost. Small selection of food and added cost for prosecco which is included in Manchester. Don’t think we would use the Liverpool Aspire again. Quite disappointed.”

“very pleased with the experience , it made it a wonderful early start to our holiday . The lounge was very clean , staff kept on top of used dishes and were friendly throughout . Good choice of quality food and drink available .”

“Brilliant lounge!! The best in the Edinburgh Airport and well worth the money for the view alone. Food, drink and snacks were all perfect. Also the staff were amazing, all happy to help and very friendly. Will defiantly be returning on me next trip away!”

“The lounge itself is very comfortable but we were disappointed with the selection of food available. It seems that when something runs out there is no one to see that it is replenished. The quality was OK. We were unhappy about the actual timing of our stay. You are given a 3 hour window based on the time of your flight - we were not supposed to enter before 6.15 pm as our flight was 9.15. However if we were not to miss our flight we could not actually stay past 2 hours! We did arrive at 5.15 and were very grudgingly allowed in as 'they weren't very busy'. Apparently our table wouldn't be available until 6.15 but at no time were we made aware that a table was reserved for us at that time and was available for use.”

“Warm welcome, comfortable seating, adequate food and drink. Much better than sitting on plastic chairs . Just one observation, another Tele for the up to date news at the left hand side of the room would be good. Will use again.”

“A nice, quiet and comfortable lounge situated conveniently close to the gates with toilets nearby. The food selection however is very disappointing, a few snacks are offered and in terms of hot food only an overcooked pot of pasta and sauce was available.”

“Not many food options, but it was fine. They don't have cider and they were out of Guinness. But there was a bunch of people that day who were traveling to watch a Rugby game. They ate all the crisps so they might as well drunk all the Guinness. The staff was lovely and helpfull and I would definitely visit the Liverpool Lounge again.”

“the lounge at Schiphol airport Amsterdam (Schengen area) is a heaven of tranquility, good food and nice seats. This part of the airport is very busy, filled with European holidaymakers. My advice: use the lounge if you want to escape from the crowd and start your yourney in a nice environment.”

“I used the Executive Lounge at Belfast City Airport on a weekday afternoon. The airport itself was very busy, but the lounge was peaceful and a great way to relax in comfort before my flight. The snacks were somewhat limited in choice, but sufficient for how long I spent there. I was able to get the soup at lunchtime which was tasty and filling. There was a good selection of hot and cold drinks, and the staff were very friendly.”
